Great location, very nice house, everything you need!

Had a great time. Very clean, spacious beach house with everything we needed. Short walk to ocean, short drive to bay, restaurants, shops. Owners were great and easy to reach if needed. Whole experience from booking to staying was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day! The home was perfect for our family. Very clean with nice decor and comfortable beds/furniture! We love the Frisco area, when we didn’t drive out on the beach we have a very short walk from the home! Communication with the owner was phenomenal! Thank you for sharing your home with us and being over the top accommodating! We will definitely love to stay again!

The location is awesome. You can see (and easily walk to) the sound and the ocean. I would stay again! 3rd bathroom is the outdoor shower so only two indoor bathrooms.

Everything about seas the day was easy and convenient. Check in, check out, and, communication with the owners was a breeze. The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to book again in the future!

The house is in a wonderful location. From the amazing views of the sound, especially at sunset, to the short walk to the beach, its location is great. The home itself was very clean and well equipped. We didn't feel like we were lacking any of the comforts from our own home. Patrice is a good host. She offered us several restaurant suggestions as well as a couple are activities. I highly recommend this place for your next trip to the Outer Banks.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The beach is a short walk from the house and it the beach wasn’t over crowded. The sunset was amazing to watch from the front porch. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions and was also very kind. We loved the house and the location. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great at Seas the Day! My favorite part was sitting on the porch watching the sunset! Communication with the owner was fantastic and she provided great information about restaurants and activities on the island. The house was clean and comfortable. Will definitely look in to this property again for our next trip!

This house was very clean with beautiful views. Sitting on the front deck watching the sunset was one of our most enjoyable things to do. We would definitely look to stay here again!

Pros- Clean Great location to beach Quick access to beach Owner is very quick to respond to any questions I had. Rooms were updated, clean comfy Sunset was excellent from front porch Places to hang wet clothes & to rinse off after beach provided If I was considering staying in frisco again, I would stay at this home. Cons-- Stairs may be steep for older persons Washer could use some deep cleaning as well as dishwasher In general--- Me personally, I would not stay in frisco again ( has nothing to do with the home or owner). As I do not know the area very well. To do things we had to travel to Manteo area (1 hour travel time, 1 way) Most restaurants close at 2 or open at 5 "until"- so buy groceries or make reservations ahead of time. We ate at Qtr deck 🌟 🌟 🌟 - service was off Highly recommend cockeyed clam 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, get there early. It rained A LOT!!!! did I mention A LOT and I'm not used to the pooling of water. The beach was not accessible thru the houses and I had to wade thru ankle deep water to get there. I recommend Corolla jeep horse tours. (2 hours, 1 way)

The house is excellent and provides easy access to the beach and all that Frisco has to offer. We had a great tome.

The owner was great to work with, quick to respond to questions. It was very clean and the perfect space for the 6 of us. I loved how close to the ocean and sound it was.

We had a good experience. The house was clean, comfortable and close to a quiet beach. The owner found a way to provide towels and sheets after we had missed the need to bring our own. The kitchen was equipped well. I would just have wanted a water filter as the tap water was not pleasant to drink.

Great location at Frisco within a short walk to the beach and great view of the sound - one can watch sunsets over the sound directly from the deck. Very easy communication with the owners.

The place is simply beautiful..

We originally booked Patrice's house for a week and a half, but ended up extending the stay a few nights as we weren't ready to leave! The house was perfectly located with the deck facing the sound and the beach only a short walk behind the house. There was plenty of room for five adults and we were able to enjoy plenty of dinners on the deck while watching the beautiful sunsets. Patrice was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We'd definitely recommend this house and look forward to staying here again in the future!

We love this area of OBX! We have stayed down this end of the beach a bunch of times. Quiet, beautiful, tranquil and friendly. You can’t beat the beach. My profession is in hospitality, so I’m more picky than most. The house is decent with cute beach decor, good size for small family, owner is very responsive, helpful and provided great info of the area. If you want a basic beach house with a modest fee, this is the place. Pros: - beautiful beaches - house is good size for family of 6 - owner is lovely - the kids room is new and bedding and furniture is darling. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. - master bed is comfortable and room is large with cute furniture Cons: - appliances are older - kitchen small, not much counter space, no disposal - house seemed dirty and sticky (kitchen table sticky and chairs were worn) - bathrooms, carpet and kitchen need renovated - house is directly on the street and the road is very busy. Made it hard to sit out and enjoy weather. - outdoor hose needs a nozzle and stepping stones as you get sandy after you wash sand off. - says they have a grill. The grill is a 20 year old outdoor built in camping grill. It does not work.
