The friendliness of the staff and the location

The water was shut off several nights during my stay without notice. However we received compensation for the inconvenience .

Location is great, across the street from the Marriott and the Atlantic Ocean. Ten minutes from Turtle Beach and the Caribbean Sea. There are restaurants and full grocery store 2 minutes from the resort, in house physician practice, onsite laundry. Each room has a kitchen with all items needed to prepare a meal. I ate breakfast at the room daily.

The food is…. Not good. I had success with the pizza, but pancakes were like bland dough- disgusting! Lobster cakes were awful, salad greens were fresh but wet with water. I tried the restaurant 4 times and the food was good only once. I complained to the manager, they need a better cook/ chef/ better prep/ better recipes.

A number of things were great - the room was cleaned very thoroughly each day, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool and pool area was very nice, the pool/outside bar & restaurant was good, the facilities in the room was generally good with a tv both in the bedroom and the living area.

There were a few minor things - the lagoon was a bit smelly on occasion when eating in the outside bar/restaurant beside it; some of the equipment in the room was quite old (bedroom tv had some backlighting issues, cooker was ancient); there wasn’t hot water as such, only slightly warm; the pool bar wasn’t open every day in the daytime.

This hotel is cheaper than the Koi or the Marriott, but it is not as well run as either and has a little less to offer. There is a nice pool and an excellent bar and restaurant next to the pool called "Splash." When we stayed there, there was a pile of debris visible to the walkway to our room. There are upstairs rooms and no elevator, so we had to haul heavy luggage up the stairs. (I am just under 70.) When we checked in, the clerk was unfamiliar with the computer system, and she had trouble identifying our reservation. She told us to go to a room, but when my wife opened the door, someone was in the room. That was, of course, upsetting. We had lugged all this heavy luggage up, so we had to lug it downstairs again. The bellhop was not to be found, so I had to lug the luggage myself, but he came after most of the work was done. Because of the mishap, the clerk upgraded our room to a suite, which made the stay a lot better, especially given that this is a fairly cheap place. The best things there are that they have a full-time trainer, Alandre, who is one of the best trainers I have had, the pool was nice and fairly empty, and the margaritas and food at Splash were good.

They need to train their help better. The quality of service was not as good as at the Koi or Marriott.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel but I was happy that options were at the hotel just in the event I needed to. My partner preferred a floor room but he was still impressed with the facilities in the room and the cleanliness. I was a guess in room 508...I would have preferred a room overlooking the pool close to the Splash Restaurant.

I didn't like the unsightly look of the pool and other rooms close to the room I occupied.

The food was good and the staff were friendly and engaging.

Our stay was fantastic my wife and I were very pleasently surprised. We would certainly stay again and would also recommend family and friends to stay at the Royal St Kitts 🇰🇳.

The room service and staff were first class.

I love that the hotel is centralized....shops and restaurants are in close proximity. The room was ideal for us as a couple. The bed was comfortable, AC great, view amazing, hanging out at the bar was fun, loved the cocktails. Was a great chill spot.

The rooms need umbrellas....it rained a lot the Wednesday night we were there and no umbrellas were available

Spacious suites with kitchens, great restaurants and pools onsite, walking distance to amenities and central location for excursions. Very clean and modern. Great atmosphere and very accommodating!

really cute 2 bedroom .. had pretty much everything I needed. Staff was very accommodating.. just plain old nice. lovely stay!

Nice staff

Some rooms are nice, some are run down, some have nice views, some views are terrible. In one room the mirror was hung so low I could only see up to my shoulders.

It was a lovely property and in a great location. I was also pleasantly surprised at my room which was also really nice! I wish I stayed a bit longer.
