The location is close to the best beaches and attractions. Boats are available for rent on the beach next to the villa, this is very convenient. Having two bathrooms is a big plus.

Proximity of the beach. Nice and big patio. Isolated. Private parking. Tzaneria beach is just 2 minutes walk from house. There is big and nice patio, however it is unusable from 14 till 19 due to orientation, sun is burning during this period. House is stand-alone, so you're kind of isolated from neighboring houses. Private parking can fit 2 cars easily.

Lack of basic cookware. Squeaky floor on upper level. Some quite basic cookware is missing, like bread knife, cutting knives, ladle, whisk... There are only table forks, knives and spoons. Upper level has wooden floor that is squeaky so that every step will be heard across the house.

THERE WAS NO EVEN SHOAP ΤΟ WASH OUR HANDS OR SHAMPOO IN THE BATHROOM NEITHER A BOTTLE OF WATER IN THE FRIDGE IT WAS NOT CLEAN

Good central location with good access to beaches, super market, restaurants and bus stop. Super outside space, lots of seating. Off road private Parking. Spacious inside, basic kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds.

Stairs to upstairs are incredibly steep, bit scary coming down.

lovely peaceful setting. Downstairs bed very comfortable. easily accessible if you have no waking difficulty’s. outside space lovely. Friendly local neighbours. nice views.Felt safe. Beautiful beach ( although very expensive ) Host easily contactable and will try to solve issues quickly I.e we found we had no corkscrew and the shop didn’t sell them but one was delivered within half an hour of asking. Short journey by bus into town where there are lots of reasonable priced bars and restaurants

No basics such as water / hand soap in case supermarket closed. ( we left ours for the next tenants ) supermarket lady very friendly but her dog barks almost all the time which disturbs the peaceful setting. upstairs floor creaks badly when walked on so can disturb sleep. only basic cooking utensils ( I.e no bread knife/ spatulas/ cooking spoons) only 2 outdoor chairs had cushions ( which were dirty ) A BBQ would be a useful addition . path inside gate needed weeding.

The host was unfriendly and rude . It was written on Booking.com about swimmingpool but there isn't!!!

The Villa is located in a quiet, green place; the tarrace is large with nice furniture - we enjoyed our morning coffee on the tarrace; a nice sandy beach is just around 20 meters from the house; a great Johny's restaruant is a 1 minute wall away;

There's no sea view from the villa; the swimmingpool is located some 200 steps above the vila - not easy to get there for kids or elderly people;
