Great location, great view from the balcony, in line with pictures. Comfortable beds. Beach downstair is very private (hard to access for externals). Albufereta beach is great. Only 10 minutes needed to reach the city center with the nearby tram. High speed wifi. Staff was very nice and accomodative. Grateful for the flexibility regarding departure time. All in all I had a great stay.

Hard to go shopping in the area, but there is a mini-market nearby where you should find what you need. The bar-cateferia La Isleta is also a good option to eat local and cheap. Missing one piece of furniture in the bathroom (to lay towel and clothes during the shower) but I flagged this to the team and hopefully they will take this into account for the future.

Slightly run down beach area , not all resterants welcoming if you don't speak Spanish but on the whole a lovely area for a holiday and very easy to get around

The best thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony

The floors in the living area as well at the bathroom didnt seem as clean as espected. They felt sticky and cold. In the bathroom there is a strange smell, as well as black dirt inbetween the tiles by the shower. We always used slippers around the home and especially in the bathroom because of this unfortunately.

View and location are fantastic. Steps to the beach. The view cannot be beaten.

Dining room chairs are not rated for someone over 250 lbs.

The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. It had an exceptional view of the ocean and a beautiful deck.

The parking is extremely difficult.

You can't beat this location, just spectacular! Gorgeous beaches plus easy access into Alicante. And the apartment itself was fantastic--you couldn't ask for better views. The hosts were lovely and very professional, answered all my questions quickly. I hope to return!

The beds and pillows could be a bit more comfortable--I think it was memory foam, which gets hot and the pillows were giant and hurt my neck (of course that's personal taste). But I have low expectations for beds outside really top hotels.

Beds were very uncomfortable; location is great - direct access to the beach but we didn’t get keys for shower on the beach-it would make things easier (sand from the beach..)
