Location Good offsite facilities Nice little gym with views on lake

Room way too cold. Last time apology that heating system was broken (was late winter/ early spring), this time first cold night and room temp felt again very cold. Wore sweater in bed. Breakfast location in Orangerie nice, but with open doors and outside temp below 10 - we and other guests ate with jackets on. Service nice but subpar. One bread so old it had green mold, veggies little selection and some very unripe. Waitress wearing face mask above face while refilling buffet At checkout we were knowingly left waiting while three staff were busy with something else in adjacent office. Hospitality and well trained staff feels different. Even during Covid.
