Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Schlafzimmer haben ein gute Aufteilung . Es gibt in jedem Schlafzimmer einen großen Schrank.

Die Stühle auf der großen Terrasse sind sehr groß und beim Verschieben dröhnt es durch das ganze Haus.

Die Villa ist traumhaft gelegen. Man hat einen super Ausblick sowohl Richtung Meer als auch Richtung Inselmitte. Die Villa bietet für 8 Personen genügend Platz. Nikos, der Hausverwalter ist sehr freundlich und war zu jedem Zeitpunkt zu erreichen. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe.

Leider hätte die Ausstattung der Villa besser sein können. Es fehlte an allem: Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Geschirrtücher, Putzlappen oder auch Müllbeutel. Es gibt zwar einen Wäscheständer aber keine Klammern mit denen man die gewaschene Wäsche aufhängen konnte. In der Küche gab es zu wenige Gläser und keine Brettchen auf denen man etwas schneiden konnte. Die Villa wird mit drei Badezimmern beschrieben. Letztendlich waren es zwei Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette. Wir waren zu sechst, sodass man sich mit den zwei Badezimmern arrangieren konnte. Wenn das Haus jedoch voll belegt ist, wird es sicherlich eng mit den Badezimmern. Manchmal wurde die Ruhe die man sich gewünscht hat durch Arbeiten wie Rasenmähen auf dem Grundstück gestört. Zudem ist die Villa an einigen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen: Glühbirnen gingen nicht (mussten wir neu kaufen), das Geländer der Treppe war teilweise locker und Zimmertüren ließen sich zum Teil nur schwer schließen.

A very nice villa both internally and externally. Good location for seeing the sights of Kos (by car) and easy enough to walk into the village centre (20 mins). The villa manager, Nikos, was excellent- he was very attentive to our needs, offering any advice if needed and responding to issues when they arose.

During the first week of our stay we experienced a number of issues with WIFI; hence, had no Internet for long periods. We also encountered a couple of power issues, within the villa, which caused us problems. Nikos responded quickly but we were left with no power on the upper floor for two nights of our stay.

We have just returned from a weeks stay and we thought the villa was exceptional. The villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The swimming pool was lovely and kept immaculately clean. We loved the villa location being surrounded by peaceful farmland but only a 20 minute walk to the town and beach. Nikos the property manager was instantly available on WhatsApp and was incredibly helpful - he organised various excursions and taxis for us and we appreciated his help. I would highly recommend this villa and would certainly book it again myself.

Everything! The villa was about 20 mins drive from Kos airport. Nikis the property manager was waiting for us to show us around. He was so helpful and knowledgable and sorted out a lovely dinner booking in Zia for us (at Magic Mountain!) The pool was gorgeous, the extended garden and volleyball pitch was great fun. The villa itself feels brand new, beds are super comfortable, toilet on each floor which is handy, two lovely balconies on top floor so a choice of where to eat. Kitchen has everything you need for self catering. Tv has Netflix. WiFi was super quick. You’re 5 minutes drive down to Tigkaki beach which has plenty of restaurants. A big local supermarket is there or Lidl is a 10 minute drive away. The villa feels super safe and is so quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. We can’t wait to return! Thank you.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Pool was cleaned daily and Nikos was a message away if we needed anything, fantastic host.

Nothing at all we didn’t like, except the centre of the strip is 20 min walk away. However, this is no issue for us.
