L’amabilité de Giuseppe qui a correspondu avec nous par WhatsApp et nous a donné de très bons conseils. Bien situé pour visiter la merveilleuse cathédrale et se faire les mollets avec les rues en escaliers.

Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. Attention pas de parking et assez compliqué d’arriver à l’hôtel pour déposer les bagages. Il vaut mieux suivre les conseils de Giuseppe : se garer au parking qu’il indique et aller à pied à l’hôtel à 400 m.

L'hôte particulièrement attentif et réactif. Une organisation d'accueil sans faute ! La chambre est d'une propreté irréprochable, avec un lit digne de son nom. Tout est pensé et fait avec sincère respect envers les clients. On le ressent dans chaque détail. Grand merci et bravo !

Steep stairs to climb to the room.

This place was amazing! We arrived late, but the owner sent us step by step details on how to get in and where our room was located. The room was clean and comfortable. The big plus to the room was the AC unit that was much appreciated after walking the streets and shopping. Free water and coffee was available. Room had a small balcony that was nice to enjoy the cool morning breeze. Breakfast was great, we used the app off the QR code to order our breakfast, which was amazing! If we return we will certainly stay here again.

It was hard to find, but mostly because of how the streets and pathways are configured in Monreale. I don’t know that we would say we didn’t like this part of the property, but be advised that if you cannot go up and down stairs very well, this may not be your best choice. The stairs are steep! Really can’t say anything negative about the property we totally enjoyed our stay!!

Nice breakfast, tasty and fresh, good location. everything else is terrible. Recommrndation: avoid

The information from the manager always came too late to be useful. On the day we flew in we were casually informed that their currently advertised “free airport shuttle” was stopped long time ago; this last moment surprise was a disruption in our plans. It added a hassle and more than $100 to our cost. When we arrived, there was no staff on premises to check us in and their doors were locked. We were lucky that the neighbors and a guest of theirs helped us to connect with the manager and let us in or we would be left in the dark street for hours, stranded. There was no staff on premises overnight and guests were left to fend for themselves in case of any emergency. In fact, on the second night, the inside interlock for the only door failed to operate, effectively locking the occupants in. The manager and associate had to break it. Room was cold and heating unit was not not working - whatever the control shows only applies to control itself, not to the heating unit. Hot water was cold esp. in the shower. Given how cold the room was, we decided to avoid taking shower.

Extremely helpful managers, excellent breakfast, location minutes from cathedral & good restaurants, modern rm. so much more info & service than an air/b&b. Helped us during an air traffic controller strike….wow!
