Owner was very responsive to messages. Also let us check in before time and check out whenever we wanted without any pressure. Place was in good location with parking oposite street.

Great location close to the beach, paid parking near by, everything necessary for a good time in Kavala ( AC, kitchen equipment, hot water, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, terrace, elevator, drying rack for clothes, etc). The hostess was very helpful and nice!
Only negative side for us is that the room was a bit small for 4 grown people.

The host Aspasia was very helpful and non-intrusive. The facilities were great and clean. There was a TV with Netflix account. The property was near a public parking and the seaside main street and the pubs. There was a great bakery just downstairs
Slight caveat for light sleepers is the noise on the street, that can be heard until around 2AM. No parties or drunken crowds, just passing vehicles. On a few nights I woke up numerous times, but my girlfriend had little trouble, so I suppose, most people may not find this a problem.

Location, cleanliness, the modern furniture and all around fresh and stylish look of the place.

It was clean and we found everything we needed
Under the apartament there is a bakery and at 3. 00 am they start the activity so you can imagine the sounds. The beach is near but not soo good. There are sea urchins in the sea and my child stepped on them and I had to take them out with a staples so you can imagine how painful it was for him. I recomand to go further to other beaches

The apartment is very cozy, furnished in a refined style, every detail is thought out. We sincerely recommend it to all who hold a high class.
I prefer to park in front of the house where I am staying, but everyone knows that in Kavala this is difficult to achieve. The good thing is that there is a paid parking lot nearby and can be parked for a long time.

We liked everything! The place is near the center and close to all shopping area, close to the seaside. There is many parkings nearby. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

First i have to say thanks to the owner Adell. The check in - check out process is self made so never meet her in person, however she offered a lot of useful informations and tips over the wattsup in a timely and professional manner. Very good customer relationship.
Secondly about the studio: 2 min walk to the old town, clean and with all the tools you need and expect to find in an apartment/studio. Maybe a bit noisy cause there are a lot of scuters and motos in the city, but during the night it's ok.
You can find nearby: a lot of coffe shops, grocery store, supermarket, and 5 to 10 min walk a lot of restaurants in the port.
Parking is a lottery in front of the building. If you travel with kids and have a bunch of lagguages this might be important. However there is a parking 2-3 minutes away, it cost 4.8 eur/day.
Like most of the Kavala buildings this one is old to... so the inside and outside look might not be so apealling....

Great and very well-equiped and modern apartment, even a washing machine, two irons, a Netflix account and many lights one can choose from. It is very modern, clean and beautifully decorated. Easy and comfortable check-in, very nice host who answered very quickly. The city is in walking distance and the apartment is above a bakery which smells and tastes delicious. Overall, there's nothing more to wish for.

The apartment is very clean, Aspasia is super responsive and helps you with everything you need. The location is great, very close to the cliff and to shops, considering that Kavala is all about hills. Thr apartment has everything you need. At the ground floor there is an awesome bakery.
You don't find parking place all the time.

We had a great stay at Adell Luxury Apartments. The apartment is very nice and very well equipt, also is close to city center and Kavala port. There is a supermarket close, 5 min walk, also parking near by. Adell was very prompt and helpfull with information about restaurants and beaches. Thank you Adell for a great stay.

Very nice place, extremely clean and stylish. The bed is very comfortable. There is everything that you need. Coffemachine is for Schwarz coffee. Paid parking near by. Location is good, quiet place, easy to reach center on foot.We enjoyed our stay!
