beautifully appointed and very modern

I have stayed at the Mercure Rouse Hill many times and the staff are consistently professional.
A major factor is that it is close to the shops and transport and a huge bonus is that the restaurant/room service from The Fiddler is available all day and up to late into the evening. A great bonus for a solo traveller. Which means I am able to have a relaxing late lunch in my room and delivered to my door after checkin at 2:30 pm. The room service is without a doubt extremely prompt and the best! Good menu too!
One thing about the menu. I wish there were a few more healthier options from the vegan/vegetarian selection.
Not sure that vegans are fond of deep fried food. :(

Hotel booking was done, as we don’t have physical card with us, we were not allowed to stay, i know that lady at front desk was doing her job but they wanted 100$ as security and from a physical card, that doesn’t make any sense, if you want security, I was ready to pay but they were freaking stuck on physical card, as we are moving towards advanced technologies, having physical card doesn’t make sense.
Long story short, we didn’t stay at hotel but paid the amount for the night as per hotel policy.

Convenience to The Fiddler restaurant. Convenience of quality meals/room service all day and evening. Very efficient !
Convenience of the bus stop out front and into the Metro at Rouse Hill Station.
Rouse Hill Shopping Centre close by via bus or short walk.
Staff are very professional and happy to help.
Rooms are nice and they are also quiet with all I needed for my stay.
Pool looks nice! Hope to get there next time😌

Nice and new, very comfortable beds, very quiet.
Only negative was parking can be hard to get at certain times as you’re parking in the Fiddler car park.

Modern, comfortable and close to where we needed to be. Breakfast was excellent and the pub next door was very good. Rooms are modern and clean. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional.

Very clean and everything in the room was in working condition. Closing the curtains provided a very dark room which was great for my sleep in and minimal noise could be heard from the main road. Overall a great stay!
Not a fan of bonds, however, I am aware that it is standard practice for all hotels.

I was struggling to find the entrance of the hotel. This is very frustrating. You should have some sign posts to clearly indicate where the hotel car park is and also where the hotel entrance is. I spent nearly 15 minutes to find the entrance. I had to go to the pub behind and ask finally. Very frustrating...
