Dieses im Oktober 2012 gebaute Haus verfügt über ein geräumiges Hauptschlafzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und ein Hauptbadezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, viel Stauraum und eine große begehbare Dusche. Es gibt viel Platz im Gästezimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Poolbereich. Das Kinderzimmer bietet Platz für 4 Kinder / Kinder in den Etagenbetten
Das 2. Vollbad wird von den Gästen und Kinderzimmern geteilt. Große begehbare Dusche. Alle unsere Betten und Kissen sind mit Staubmilben- und Bettwanzenprotektoren geschützt.
Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen offenen Grundriss, ideal für die Unterhaltung oder für Momente. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche ist bereit für Ihre Gaumenfreuden. Mit großen, breiten Corian-Arbeitsplatten haben Sie viel Platz zum Kochen, während Ihre Gäste an der Küchenbar entspannen können.
Kein Aufwand wurde in der Ausstattung der Ess- und Wohnbereiche verschont. Ein großer Tisch bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8. Das Wohnzimmer ist warm und luxuriös eingerichtet und verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Satellitenempfang von DirecTV und DVR sowie einen 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer (Local Cannels).
Highspeed-WLAN ist im gesamten Haus und im Poolbereich verfügbar, sodass Sie immer in Verbindung bleiben können. Das Lanai bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten, um ein schönes Steak vom BBQ-Grill zu sich zu nehmen oder sich in unserer Ticki Bar mit 4 Barhockern zu entspannen

Not likely to book this house again. No hot water to kitchen sink. I had to boil water on the stove to do dishes. We reported but it wasn't repaired while we were there. Went to open patio door and the door handle broke off. Killed a cockroach on the kitchen counter. Open bottles of drinking alcohol left as decoration. Was told after I booked the house that we would have to pay extra if we used too much electricity. Pool was dirty and not fit to swim in when we arrived, had to wait 3 days until pool guy came to clean it. There wasn't even a pool skimmer that we could use to try to clean it up. Called the manager and she did bring her skimmer over and cleaned the pool as best she could and left the skimmer for us to use. To top it all off at check out we were asked to strip the beds, empty all the trash, start the dishwasher and start a load of laundry before we checked out. I paid a large sum of money to stay here and it included a cleaning fee. I have no issue with doing the dishes or even taking out my trash but I do not feel that I should be responsible for doing the laundry before I leave.

The home had spacious rooms and areas, open plan design. The kitchen sufficiently stocked with a variety of spices. The pool area / lanai was very nice with plenty of seating and a grill ! Publix and other shops only 5 minute drive away.
Initially had difficulty accessing property due to problem with website communication and delayed response from owner. However, she rectified the problem.

Very nice property that felt extremely comfortable. The property was clean and all amenities were as advertised ! Property manager helped make a very pleasant experience as well! I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was absolutely beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Beds were very comfortable. Did not have any issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Was an awesome experience. Especially being our first. We have a grandson that lives in Fort Myers so we decided to get all of his sblings together for a family visit since everyone is scattered in other states. This worked out really well for all.

The house is exactly as described. It was very spacious and perfect for our family of four. The community is nice and quiet. The pool is a great size and very private. Everything was clean and the house had lots of amenities. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Property is clean and well maintained. Although we did not use the pool, it would be very nice in the warmer months. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. This is a very nice house and it met our needs perfectly. Our host was pleasant and accommodating. I will likely stay here again.

This place has so much potential but not for someone with allergies. This is a pet friendly place even though the listing says no pets allowed. The beds squeak or are unsafe, the floors are dirty, but it is convenient and has a pool which is solar heated but was freezing cold in december even though temperatures were in the 80's. The owner was understanding but the propety needs some TLC for sure.

I'm really disappointed at this property. Even though I was told the swimming pool had a water heating system the water was ice cold and my kids couldn't enjoyed the swimming pool...which is the only activity you can do at this house. Nice house, but not for fall nor winter.

Overall, this is a lovely and surprisingly private property, located a short distance to an amazing Cuban bakery (Casa Rojas) and the “mom and pop” restaurants/bars and antiques of Alva and LaBelle. I would gladly stay here again.

The AC was to be kept at 75 degrees and there was also an overall wattage limit. With no indoor ceiling fans (which as a Florida resident for 20+ years seems incredibly odd), it made for somewhat uncomfortable muggy afternoons (especially when the heat index was over 100 degrees). A tall fan was thankfully provided in one of the rooms, but it had not been cleaned for some time. Due to this strict enforcement of electricity, I felt as though I couldn’t fully relax at first as I felt obligated to follow my boyfriend around and turn off lights behind him. Under no circumstance are we “energy wasters”, but it would have been nice to not worry about it on vacation.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and nice. Really enjoyed the pool. The price was great for all the commodities. Highly recommend it. Also the owner or property manager was so flexible with arrival and departure time.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars for location is because I made the error of booking too far from our focal site (baseball tournament) and the neighborhood was just a tad off the beaten path with limited dining options nearby. Ubereats worked great though! I would highly recommend this property.

Overall it was a great experience. The house was gorgeous in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The only thing and I understand that it is Fall, that the swimming pool was cold. That's my personal opinion my family used the pool
