A plastic portable bathroom sitting in the room. Just a large plastic container which looked like an after thought or something you would find in student accommodation hoping they wouldn't damage it.

Room was with Shower, hairdryer, eletric kettle and in a very quite area no outside noise. Enough space for luggages. Location was next to the train station, bus station, pubs, cafes and a supermarket. Breakfast included hot food (English Breakfast) and some cold food (Continental)

Adequate room that exceeded my prior expectations. Very good check in process and was impressed with all staff members e encountered. Convenient location for our needs.

Difficult first 2 people to sit comfortably in the room (only one chair). Mattress protector needs replacing.

When check in we met a very fat woman,we forgot her name,she was Very rude and disrespectful service,

Very nice welcome and friendly check-in. Great room. Very comfortable and clean. Very pleasant breakfast room - plenty of space and unfussy. Great food and good choice. Discreet but friendly staff available.

A couple more coat hangers would have been great as there were only two in the room. But definitely not a showstopper for me.

Comfy beds

Room was very small - we were expecting a family room for 3 people, but it was just a standard room with an extra bed squeezed in, so it was very cramped. There was no real reception desk, which made it look like a hostel, and the lobby was quite small, so people kept walking into each other. Very confusing and unwelcoming.

The location was ideal in that it was so near the station, easy to find, not far to walk after a long train journey. Had a great view from the 5th floor. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. The temperature in the room could be regulated.

The bathroom was quite "cozy" but functional and I didn't miss anything. At least two pubs around the corner as an alternative to sleeping pills (not that you'd need them:-)

Room is fine for a city stay in Cambridge - very close to the railway station (wife went home by train - better than enduring the drive back to London!)

Nothing not to like - rooms are not large but modern and well thought out -- we have stayed before and will stay again

Excellent location and facilities

Nice comfy bed. Right next to the train station. Rich breakfast. Delicious pizzas at night. Vibrant. Nice wide windows for light to come in.

There was no toilet brush for the toilet.

Few electrical issues and only one lift working so we had to use stairs to the 5th floor. The room electrics faulted so we couldn't unpack. The response from the desk staff was non surprised. The bed was very soft and not good for my back so I had to sleep on the floor.

Best breakfast I have ever had.such good choice and value.
