Very clean, good sized room with a superb location. Was as expected barring our ignorance about Ascension Day on 18th May on which Austria is closed. The village is great, everyone says hi and enough shops for getting the necessities.

Two of the receptionists were great, another not quite so. Not informed of reception move back to main street until we had to speak to someone about the mess left in a corridor. Work was ongoing with lighting and when we arrived cables were sticking out of the walls which had not been painted only lightly plastered. In the morning, there was a pile of plasterdust in the corridor from the electrical works but the plastering was ongoing. Mentioning this to who we guessed was the general manager got it tidied the next day but we were not overly impressed with his attitude. We don't think he liked us interrupting his meeting albeit unintentionally - should have fully closed that part of the hotel! The cleaners, Stephan and his fellow receptionist and the handyman who had to fix the TV were great. For our first time in Austria, the hotel and village people left us with generally good feelings for the country.

Everything, it’s a lovely place. big rooms, spa and pool are clean, the staf will help you with everything.

The room was clean and well-appointed, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great. We were two families in one of the top floor suites, and it was a little tight but fine. The kitchen was fit for purpose and we cooked more in that we thought, also in part because the village restaurant options are a little limited.

The whole place is slightly sterile. It's a lot bigger than you would think from the website -- there are 5 or 6 identical buildings as shown. It's a bit hard to actually find the place, figure out how to checkin, etc. They could document that a bit more clearly.

It was big enough to fit a family of 3 people.Well equipped. Breakfast was good but you must prepay not to pay double price for it. Good location 5 minutes walk away from the Smaragdbahn.

It wasn’t clean enough and if you wanted to use the spa you had to have a bath-rope and extra towel. The water in the swimming pool was also a bit chilly.
