Отличное расположение в историческом месте, на старой улице. Вокруг много сувенирных лавок, ресторанов, мест для прогулок. Сама гостиница - это история. Неподалеку театр и музеи. В номере было достаточно тепло, кровать удобная, белье чистое. Сотрудники помогли настроить кондиционер, включили электропростынь. Завтрак был очень простым но достаточным. Само здание очень старое и хотя бы раз стоит пожить в таком и соприкоснуться с местной традиционной культурой. Однозначно рекомендую интересующимся китайской культурой остановиться там хотя бы на день.

Здание и номера требуют ремонта. Старые и не совсем чистые обои, не закрывающиеся плотно окна не добавляли уюта и тепла зимним днем. Без освещения в комнате было темно даже днём. Очень жаль, потому что это место стоит немного заботы.

The hostel is a lovely traditional courtyard building with carved wooden screens and windows and well tended gardens in the courtyards. My room was lovely, with it's spiral staircase and the cedar tub that perfumed the whole room. The furniture was old, but serviceable, with lots of pretty antique cabinets. The staff were helpful and the innkeeper spoke some English and helped me figure out how to get where I wanted to be. She's also a great cook. The 2 dinners she made me were well-priced and delicious. I was the only guest in the restaurant, and she played a movie for me. The location is great, close to the subway and right in the historic area. Don't expect modern luxury, but do expect charm in a delightful setting. I'll definitely be back.

It was very hot when I was there, and the air conditioners struggled to keep my room at a liveable temperature. There was no sign of the breakfast that was supposedly included, and the one I chose from the menu was pretty terrible and way overpriced.
