Beautiful place. Clire is a friendly, helpful host. Very quiet, comfortable and pretty room with a pleasant view of the garden and surrounding farmlands.

I booked the room last minute as I was unable to get a room in a local hotel, I'm so glad that I did ! Clair gave me a large bedroom on the top floor with it's own seating area and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was amazing and Clair was a great and attentive host. The B&B also has it's own off road parking and there's a pub less than 5 mins walk away. The house has so much character and history and If I'm in the area again and need a place to stay for a night or two then I'd definitely check availability rather than stay in a soulless budget hotel.

Beautiful comfortable bedroom. Spacious suite of rooms. All extras were thought of - tea, coffee, fresh milk, toiletries, large TV, shelves of good reading material, large writing desk. Excellent breakfast, cooked and continental, served at a time to suit ourselves. Friendly helpful welcome.

We missed the house in the dark and fog. Claire phoned us to see if everything was OK and was able to guide us in from where we were (ie lost!). An illuminated sign visible from the road would be very beneficial.

Excellent breakfast and hosts

The owners were friendly and welcoming. The property is an attractive characterful building. We stayed in the Rockingham Suite which is so spacious and provided every comfort we could want. The library of books in our own study area impressed us! My husband enjoyed his cooked breakfast and I was happy to find homemade preserves available. The location in the delightful village of Rockingham is ideal.

We were made very welcome at Castle Farm House B&B by our host. The facilities in our room were excellent and we felt very comfortable. No detail had been overlooked with respect to our room. The breakfast in the morning was very good providing us a wide selection of options to choose from. We would have no hesitation on returning should we be travelling through the area in future.

Charming hosts, beautiful house, very comfortable bed

Everything else was fantastic. I was travelling with my son who had a sopping wetsuit which Claire kindly hung up to dry and better yet dried out his trainers which he very much appreciated.

I personally have an issue with choosing breakfast on arrival, that's just me and I understand why, I just don't like it.
