Were will I start. When I booked the apartment it state in Description that there is a washing machine and dryer in the Kitchen. Then when you arrived it is not there. When you asked they said they did send an email before you arrive saying that it is in the BASEMENT WITH EXTRA COST. Wow they caught out all the guests like this. Would have not booked the apartment if it was in basement with extra cost. Then want to wash dishes, no prop in basin to wash dishes. Then we want to shower the shower is BROKEN, can only bath. Then I want to Iron, no Iron board wow. Want to open the curtain, old socks from previous guests I assume. Dirty in kitchen floors and stove top. Mould every were in bathroom, disgusting. No fans and it was very hot. Then when I complain they say leave key in keybox. I said I wil not leave my key in keybox because all our personal belongings is in there. There answer they can't help us then. Didn't offer to come whe we are back or even any compasation. Very very very disappointed

We spent an amazing week at Chalet Graben. The view is astounding and the balcony is quite large. The inside is as in the photos- cozy and nice. The location is great, as it’s near bus 122 stop and it’s a bit far away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. We are already making plans to return. Thank you very much!

Nice location only a few hundred meter la from the center. Smooth c/i process (the keys are left in a key box)

Cleanliness was below average! We found an empty condom pack under the bed, + our son who spent quite a lot of time on the floor had the chance ton find some interesting things. Size: the pictures don’t represent what you’ll really get. Basically in the bedroom you only have the bed and you won’t get the chance to even add a baby coat or a luggage. Issue with the lights: once the kitchen light is on it’s impossible to switch it off again. Lack of flexibility: total lack of flexibility in term of c/i and c/o time, keeping in mind that c/i are as of 4pm and c/o before 10am. Knowing that I care for the Eiger Ultra Trail that was clearly not ideal

We really loved our stay at Chalet Graben, below are our positive points 1. Sofia was brilliant, always quick to respond and very accommodating to all our questions. What is a stay without brilliant service? 10/10 2. Gorgeous view of all the mountains at every angle. It was breathtaking 3. Very cosy, sofa bed was great and directly Infront of the TV (when it was time to relax!) 4. Spacious, lovely shower and bath tub 5. 30 secs away from a bus stop or you can just walk into town. Easy!

Everything was really nice, Just need to manage the usage of hot water for the bath (don't go crazy like I did on the first day!) Use the shower instead to prevent running out of hot water, especially family with kids (this was very minor)

Everything was wonderful especially the view from our balcony which was totally amazing. The kitchen utensils were readily available. Definitely will be coming back!

The location was absolutely fantastic. Waking up with mountain view, clean air & very quiet neighbourhood were just amazing to me. Check-in & out were easy. Bus stop is just few steps away but I prefer to walk to town & enjoy the scenery. Facilities all good. I had a good rest & sleep for 2 nights in Chalet Graben. Will definitely book again if I ever come back to Grindelwald.

A bit far from the station if you are walking there, but there a bus, and the bus stop is very near the place

Great location.

This property should not have been rented on the dates when it is under construction/repair. The view that I paid for was blocked with metal beams and the contractors arrived really early at 8 am. It was really unfair.
