L'appartamento è molto grande, recentemente ristrutturato, cucina nuovissima e ben tenuta come il bagno. Pulizia ottima e gentilissima la proprietaria che ci ha messo a disposizione anche tutto il necessario per una colazione (fette biscottate, marmellate, cialde per il caffè, tisane ecc.). La posizione è in centro al paese (che è molto piccolo) e vi è un ristorante e un bar raggiungibili a piedi (se non si vuole spostare la macchina).

Il materasso l'ho trovato molto scomodo, infossato e decisamente troppo morbido. Vi è anche un piccolo topper ma troppo morbido anch'esso. Il riscaldamento è gestito dalla proprietaria per cui eventuali aumenti o diminuzione vanno richieste e vengono gestite direttamente in remoto (che è stata disponibilissima e pronta a gestire la nostra richiesta): comunque nell'appartamento vi sono dei converter con i quali si può ovviare per alzare la temperatura in tempi rapidi) L'appartamento è in zona ztl (dalle 20:00 alle 08:00) e il parcheggio sotto casa non è facile da trovare (vi sono solo due posti: noi siamo stati fortunati) ma vi è un ampio parcheggio proprio fuori dalla zona ztl a circa 300/400 m dall'appartamento.

A lovely modernised apartment in the old town and a great place for a short stay. Little terrace with seating, looking in to the old square. Good sized bathroom. Convenient parking outside the apartment up to 8.00pm and then free parking in the multi storey parking just outside the old walls. A few restaurants very close by and a short walk in to the modern part of town with more restaurants and the thermal baths. Wifi worked well.

We were only there for one night but just couldn't get it warm enough (which probably means it's cool in the summer) It's a bit dark in the central sitting area but this is not unusual in apartments in old buildings. (There is otherwise light coming from both sides of the apartment - in to the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom). The bed is soft which might cause you a problem if you need an orthopaedic mattress.

Beautiful and well-located apartment for exploring Tuscany.

There is not air conditioning and it is necessary in Tuscany in summer.
