A beautiful hotel with huge rooms! It looked exactly like the images shown. Every day around 5pm, they would put out mini sandwiches and fruit, etc. for guests. Such a delightful touch! The cleaning staff did a super job. The balcony was just the icing on the cake, as was the view. Excellent!

The bed was a bit hard, I woke up each morning feeling bruised! Some of the buffet breakfast items were uncovered and there were some large flies settling on some of the pastries - I didn't touch them. The omelette was a bit stingy! A proper structured bar would have been nice, instead of some tables at the side. But not a big deal.

Big comfy room, big bed and air conditioning with a balcony. Lovely breakfast. Pool loungers on the rooftop and front lawn pool. Close to the ocean, short walk to the Marina and shops and restaurants

Amazing views, staff were super friendly (especially Adrian!) & breakfast was 10/10! We stayed in the swim out suite which was stunning, the bonus of the rooftop infinity pool was the cherry on top. Also great location.

The TV was in the wrong spot - right next to the sliding door to the pool so I hit my head 3 times. It also randomly turned on at 6:45am one morning which was freaky!

The fantastic location and convenience of the ferry. The hotel was spotless and the staff so helpful and professional. the best breakfasts we have ever experienced.

the suite was excellent - top floor with a beautiful sea view.

the dining room was remote from the main building by 50m. this also had the only social space, other than a small area outside reception and another by reception but with no welcoming features or opportunity to socialise. there was a rooftop pool but no bar, so little social opportunity there either.

Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, the food and the location in st. Eulalia. it was so comfortable and relaxing that we didn’t mind not leaving the room at all.

the bottom floor pool is not heated, so even though we had direct access to the pool, it was challenging using it cause the water was soo cold. Hopefully in the future they find a way to heat it cause then this hotel and staff would be completely flawless!

Possibly best hotel I’ve stayed in. Excellent facilities, fab room, amazing breakfast and friendly staff made it an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Only negative was dinner one night in the restaurant where the food was below par but didn’t take away from rest of the stay.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Fabulous bed and beautiful view.

Shame you can't easily walk out into the sea. Rather rocky areas but extremely pretty. Sandy beach is a 10min walk away.

Everything was exceptional, the staff was so kind, every one of them! From reception to housekeeping, everybody is so warm and lovely. The location was excellent (away from the party sides of Ibiza). Breakfast was also excellent. It was in a restaurant next to the hotel overlooking the sea. They served more than we could imagine, everything was there. We definitely recommend this hotel en wil come back.
