We couldn’t go to our favorite place Sanibel Island .. still lots of rebuilding. We found Resort Harbour which is located just off the Causeway to Sanibel. Our condo had been recently partially renovated. New paint and flooring but still dated bathrooms and kitchen. Very well kept up otherwise. Beautiful pool but work being done on bathhouse. The elevators had issues of getting stuck on different floors. Very nice people running the place. We had a broken recliner when we first arrived but they quickly replaced it with a brand new one. Beautiful view of the sunset over the intercostal water. Hopefully they will be finished rebuilding by next year.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was nice and spacious. We had hoped for ocean front but water front was good, and the view was pretty. Wish the air could go lower than 74, we are older ladies with hot flashes, and 74 at night was hot. The shower did not work in the second bath but we made due with the master shower. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo.

Beautiful view. Loved the sunsets and watching the dolphins from the screened porch. Great location. Quiet and clean. Would definitely go back and vacation here again.

Be warned… the room and amenities of it were on point. Extremely clean & comfortable! The photos of the beach, however, are a different story. It looks like there is a nice sized private beach available according to the photos, but that is NOT what you will get at all. It is so small, it is almost non existent. It is also very dirty and fills up with seaweed through out the day due to boat activity in the bay. We spent a lot of extra time & money traveling to public beaches in other areas and never used the beach right in front of the condo. It was VERY disappointing! I would never stay here again for that reason alone… also beware of the no-see-ems. Bring bug spray with deet and don’t leave your room without spraying yourself because you will be eaten alive.

We had a wonderful stay here and already plan on coming back again next year! We used the recommended service and had Publix deliver groceries before we even arrived which was great since we got there so late and had early morning plans. It is a quiet and clean unit with easy walking access to plenty of restaurants.

My family and I found this property to be absolutely beautiful and included everything we wanted! It was a much needed vacation for us all! For shelling, would suggest Captiva area. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. Definitely would stay here again!

Nice location, beautiful beaches around

Due to a last minute decision to go on vacation this year, we booked this unit three weeks before our spring break. The unit was clean, well equipped, and conveniently located to Ft. Myers Beach, Captiva and Ft. Myers. Best of all, the area was not over crowded which made it relaxing.

Was centrally located for exploring the area. Several trips to Captiva for good restaurants and beaches

I thought I was going to see my grandparents. It smelled like a nursing home till we opened the glass wall to the balcony. Very dated from 90s but overall decent. Furniture was worn out. Floor tiles were broken. The location and view helped make up for the negatives. We enjoyed the time spent there.

Great view but the property needs to be updated for the price you pay. Very slow internet and out dated tvs. Was difficult to work from home there.

The property was really nice and fit our needs. My only concern is the blankets were not laundered. Also would have been nice to have Netflix or other streaming apps.

I had a great family vacation at this location and I would do it again.

Harbour Pointe is absolutely a beautiful area. The building is set back off the main road so there’s no traffic noise. The view from our lanai is nothing short of specatacular - overlooking the bay. It is a short drive to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. I’ve vacationed at many condos and was impressed with the starter pack that is provided. We didn’t need to buy any other supplies to get us through our week - tissue, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc. If you are looking for a beautiful relaxing place to call home for a week - THIS IS IT!!!

Great place, great area. Ceiling fans would be a very nice feature. The lock on the big sliding doors did not work so they could not be locked. The master bedroom windows are in very poor condition. We arrived late in the evening so it would be very nice if at least one pot of coffee was avalble the first morning of our stay.
