Max's hospitality and availability. The garden views. The down to earth neighborhood, ideal to have a simple walk, take an aperitivo, and at walking distance from the city center. Bus stop just at the doorstep. The apartment was very complete in equipment.

Ground floor location was nice.

We booked the apartment thinking it had a washer. Unfortunately, only the upper apartment has a washing machine. While we appreciated the ground floor location, we had to find a laundromat to wash our clothes.

the apartment with balcony was very nicely arranged and decorated. it has lots of day light and a nice small balcony. There were also amenities like free water and coffee and some other things to buy like snacks and wine. The host was very friendly. the location is excellent. There is a very good cafe for breakfast just downstairs.

the apartment is in the 3rd floor and there is no lift. The balcony is next to the other rental apartment and you can hear the people seating there like if they were in your apartment.

The place is clean and in the centre. Owner very helpful and friendly. I can easily suggest it. Apt very spacious. Netflix included.
