Close to mall - staff are very nice

Stained bedding (but they were nice enough to send someone to replace it) - limited tv stations and bad reception on television - breakfast is the worst, don’t even bother eating even if it’s free (ice cold scrambled eggs, not many options, very unappetizing)

I wish the owners would read hotel reviews so they can fix issues with there hotel! Room 201 - Cockroach crawling across bed - air conditioning loud and not very cold - dog barking outside window most of night - NO hot water in shower - limited stations on television - breakfast is disgusting (cold food, not many choices, limited drink options)

Staff/employees very accommodating and helpful specially the guards and the bell man.Breakfast was really good. Front desk people was nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was roaches in our room. Housekeepers should pay close attention to the couch when cleaning because when my husband sat down on the couch small roaches came out from inside.

Comfy bed!!

The food was poor in choice. The glass in the reception room was dirty. Coffee realy bad. Overall I will say that this Hotel is a 3* at most. Shower head leaking on sides and no pressure at all. Not worth the money I paid.

I wish their breakfast buffet could have more variety, it really is very bland and basic… but some better than none. it beats going out, but still wish better

Staff were super accommodating and went out of their way to get my gf checked in early. my flight was canceled and she arrived in the morning tired & dirty from a bus and was upset that I wasn’t gonna be there till the evening. So the staff managed to get a room cleaned and checked her in early so she could shower & relax. that was super nice and helped us a lot!

morning breakfast is had next to lobby. the A/C does not come on until near 9am… at 6-7 it’s really muggy and warm like a gym. I made that reference to the front desk and all laughed, but no one turned the ac on…. the breakfast is really same same same as rice is a guarantee together with scrambled eggs, then the side meats are any guess but are of Filipino fare. some unknown to foreigners… staying too many days will get noticed.

room had ants, even in the clean towels they brought, they had many ants! there was no hot water in the shower. room i booked had a desktop, nevertheless when i arrived there wasnt and it took +5h to get it.
