The breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathtub in our room was big. The hotel's location is very good. Just a couple blocks away from the city center. The reception staff was very helpful. The spa was great, specially after a long day of skiing. It has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and three different saunas. The restaurant serves good food, and the waiters are very friendly. They spoke Spanish to us, which is a very nice touch. Room service was also good, and reasonably priced. Lastly, the hotel is very convenient for people with cars! The hotel offers valet parking, and it is also located right in front of a garage.

We didn't like having to request the housekeeping ourselves at the reception every time we needed it (instead of it happening daily). Also, the spa was a little busy at times.

Nice spa, good location, nice clean rooms

Restaurant food is not tasty and overvalued. Staff at restaurant aren’t pleasant, especially hostesses and manager at dinner. Breakfast was good at first, when hotel was busy for holidays. Upon our return it was yesterday’s food for breakfast. Dissapointed and won’t stay in this hotel again because of restaurant experience

Ljubaznost osoblja, naročito gospodina Timoteja, koji se vrlo potrudio da nam u vrijeme adventa rezervira restoran sa slovenskom hranom za vrijeme ručka,, što uistinu nije lak zadatak jer Ljubljana je u tom periodu prebukirana s posjetiteljima. Pogled iz restorana i bara na 20. katu je očaravajući. Soba i kupaona vrlo prostrana, topla i ugodna za boravak. Wellness mali ali sasvim dovoljan za kratki boravak u hotelu.

Plaćanje parkinga-s obzirom da piše da hotel ima vlastiti parking, možda bi ipak trebalo pisati uz nadoplatu jer pri vršenju rezervacije nigdje nije postojala opcija da ga nadoplatim. Nadalje, pri check outu, nas je zatraženo 5 eura za serviranje večere, tako nešto još nas nigdje nije traženo, smatram da sam s davanjem napojnice konobaru, tu uslugu već platila.

Luxus színvonal minden téren. Remek elhelyezkedés, a városközponttól egy sétányira. Kiváló étterem a 20. emeleten. Felülmúlhatatlanul kedves, udvarias, előzékeny személyzet, a recepciótól a takarítókig mindenki. Bőven több, mint 5 csillagos szint.

Location is very convenient to train station and a short walk into the old town. Pool was great.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.kompetentes sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr schönes und sehr gutes Restaurant mit außergewöhnlich kompetenter Bedienung.

Schwimmbereich viel zu klein für die Anzahl von Gästen.

À notre arrivée. Pas de portier ou concierge… Un manque d’équipement dans la chambre… à part gel douche/shampooing/ crème il n’y avait absolument rien d’autres. Très décevant pour un hôtel supposé être 5 étoiles. Pas de papiers toilettes en rab, pas de mouchoirs, pas de contons tiges, brosse à dent, dentifrice…. Ne parlons pas de l’hygiène de la piscine. Déplorable, le sol est sale, beaucoup de cheveux par terre un manque de nettoyage certain. L’organisation des prestations du Spa est inexistante. Nous avons réservés des soins… que nous n’avons pas eu et qui nous ont été facturées!!!! Nous avons dû râler pour ne pas avoir à payer… des prestations non effectuées. Et pour couronner le tout! Nous avons été prélevés de frais inexpliqués, pour lesquels nous n’avons jamais donné notre accord ce qui est clairement du vol… et donc réprimé par la loi. Nous avons appelé à de nombreuses reprises, des personnes qui n’ont pas su nous répondre… nous disant qu’il s’agissait de frais de parking… alors que nous n’avions pas de voiture. Nous promettant de nous rappeler… mais ne le faisant jamais. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, qui ne mérite absolument pas ces 5 étoiles. Incroyable quand on compare avec d’autres intercontinental dans d’autres capitales. Vous trouverez des hôtels avec un bien meilleur service et qui sont bien plus dans le centre.

Der Empfang war super freundlich - die Dame hat uns sehr geholfen und war sehr aufmerksam. Danke dafür! Das Zimmer war wunderschön, gross, viel Stauraum, Badewanne und Dusche, sowie eine grosse Ablage im Bad. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Personal beim Frühstück war unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich, bis auf eine Dame, die dem minimalsten Freundlichkeits-Standard in keinster Weise entsprach. In ein paar Gehminuten ist das Zentrum mit Fussgängerzone zu erreichen. Auch sonst ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof einfach super.

The staff (some of them) could be a bit more friendly. But they were always very helpful.

Odličen zajtrk, lokacija, uglajeno in ustrežljivo osebje.

Prepoln welness, brez da te o tem predhodno obvestijo. Ni rezervacije, potem se preoblečeš, prideš tja in zagledaš 10 fantov, ki zasedajo vse ležalnike, polne saune in bazenček. Neugodno.

Very nice hotel. Well located, close to the city center (walking distance). Great breakfast.

The location is great, right by the train station & bus station and short walk to central area. The pool area is really excellent and a great facility if the weather turns! The views here from the pool and sauna are brilliant

Few issues with housekeeping. They came into our room before 9am to clean, this is too early. Another day they left only one towel for us and also left their master key behind

Great staff - Sara, Maja and the whole crew. I was in hurry and reserved restaurant in a tight schedule. The guy from the reception offered to drive me back and forth due to the bad weathet conditions and tight timeframe - amazing gesture! (Forgot the name unfortunately)

Everything was wonderful about this hotel. Worth every penny! The Staff was very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. The bathroom equipped with a bath and shower are particularly impressive. The location is great. Easy walk to the city center. The Michelin restaurant on the 20th offers a magnificent view of Ljubljana and delicious food. The valet parking was also very convenient.

I just wish they weren’t charging 30€ for an extra small bed for our son.
