Appartment is well located and clean.

We stayed for 7 nights and expected to be preparing some meals ourselves.There was no indication on the listing about perilously narrow flights of stairs up to the appartment or within it. In our judgement these were dangerously narrow for our medium sized suitcases and trying to get them up the stairs could have been dangerous for us and /or damaged the stairs. As a result, we left our luggage in the car (never a good option) after, fortuitously, walking to and checking the appartment (at least we had that option) The bathroom is half a flight of stairs down from the appartment. There was no number 2 either outside or in the block. We could make the assumption, but that should not be necessary. The living room coffee table has a broken and unstable top. The kitchenette is a good space, but there is no sharp cutting knife, no plug for the sink, had no ice tray in the refrigerator (there is now, we bought and left one) and the scourer was old and well used. Apartment & parking location and options description was incomplete and could be improved by more detailed mapping. We have discussed these issues with the owner as the apartment is nice if expectations are set correctly and some improvements in facilities made. We have offered to check any correction to the listing. Unfortunately the stairs will remain.
