The place was very neat and clean. We stayed a room near pool area and it was a bit noisy due to the crowded pool on the weekend. Room and bathroom is big and clean, equipped with kettle and tea/coffee. The hotel has an inhouse bar with local and foreign liquor therefore, you can order beer, wine on a reasonable rate. Note that there is no minibar in the room. Ice is available on request from the bar. Hotel has its own generator and you don’t have to worry about power cuts. Specially I have to mention the excellent service of the hotel manager who is very kind and concerned about the customer satisfaction.

Very friendly staff in the restaurant.They are just awesome. very beautiful pool and rooms also in a good condition and spacious.

specially who is in the reception.I don't know his name but he is black and wearing glasses.He doesn't know anything about hospitality.I'm also running a hotel and these sort of staff cannot be working in a hotel.they are just spoiling the name of sri Lanka.Please,if the management is reading this review,please take him to some where he can not see any guest.He is spoiling your hotel name for nothing.I visited several times to your hotel and every time he is sitting there in the reception and I feel like turn my vehicle back. Really uncomfortable.

The hotel was actually nice &the room was fine.

Booked from Booking .com & when i went they say they dont accept bookings from Booking.com. Did not get the room i wanted which i booked online for the same price. Also, Had to call the restaurent & reception 4 times to get a plate &a spoon! Thouroughly dissapointed in the staff. Very very very poor customer service. Will not recommend to anyone for a stay.
