Excellent location, very spacious apartment, comfortable and clean. Super host! There is a washing machine and dryer, as well as dishwasher. 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms. Superb experience

Nothing at all!

We really loved the place. What makes it really great is the location - the view of the sea is spectacular, although since there are two other houses on the sides it does not get too hot so You can sit there and enjoy your time pretty much the whole day. The beach is just in front of the house - at first we were packing a lot of stuff with us when we were going to the beach, but as we realised very soon, it is not necessary - since You really live at the beach, You can get anything from the appartement within couple of minutes. At first we thought we would need a car for this holiday - but then we realised it is not necessary since all you need is around - good restaurants, the beach, supermarket and the bus stop in direction to Pescara. The reality is that the bus does not operate very precisely but that is not the issue related to the flat but to the public transport in general. However, we were told that You can park the car inside anyway and this is great too, since on the streets I assume it would be quite difficult to park. The owner was great, she was waiting for us as it was agreed and was very communicative. This was helpful especially because at the moment we were in Francavilla we had to (due to the restrictions) pass the antigen test for Covid. The information on the official websites are not very specific, some are missleading, so it really helped us when we were pointed on the pharmacy where You can make the test. However, we strongly suggest to book the appointment in advance to make sure that they would be available. The cost of the test was 25,- EUR/person. The name of the pharmacy is Farmacia Berardoco Dott.ssa Nadia. What we really liked is that the place was very clean, the kitchen new and functional. Since we were going to the beach and back many times per day it always causes that you bring some sand in the apartement but due to the hard floors it is a question of minute to clean it. As it is obvious, we will never forget this holiday!

The folding sleeping bed in the living room is comfortable for the kids, but I suspect it would not be comfortable for the adults. For us it was not an issue, but I think that for 4 adults if planing stay in the appartement they would compromise on it. The other bed in the bedroom - however - is great and really comfortable.

The house was beautiful. Perfectly clean, double bathroom a nice touch, two spacious balconies, one with laundry and the other with comfortable furniture and beach view. The house included a nice, fully equipped kitchen, and whatever else you might need, everything was perfect. Across from a free beach which was pretty nice, and parking was easy. Walking distance of some beach restaurants, gelateria, and small city market, and the location is good for exploring the surrounding area and beaches. Quiet, peaceful, good for kids as well.

Almost nothing! Wifi is fine but for a longer stay or high need you may run out as it is limited. Location is not near main piazza, but that didn't really matter to us.
