Amazing! We was treated like royalty as it was a little mini moon for us after getting married on the island on Monday. We was treated to a upgrade to a private villa with our own pool. Thankyou so much! We did not want to leave!

I absolutely loved the hotel, the staff are amazing people and so kind and helpful. Nothing was ever a problem and they were so approachable and friendly. We had an apartment across the road from the hotel with a private pool and it was amazing, even more amazing than I expected it would be. Definitely recommend. The breakfast was included in the price and it was help yourself and had everything you could have wanted and more. Was great value for money. The area in which the hotel is situated is ideal as it’s fairly quiet and not noisy at night but yet a very short walk to where the restaurants and bars are situated. Thoughtful gift as you left as well was so so kind and goes a long way! Perfect!

WiFi in the apartment with private pool across the road from hotel has poor WiFi signal and occasional smell in the bathroom of sewers but otherwise absolutely lovely.

I was hoping for an honest and trustworthy staff, but even that wasn't guaranteed when we visited it. So there is nothing positive to say! Sad to have such an experience.

On the first day we reported the damages in the room to the hotel and nothing was done properly. We had a wet floor for 1 week because the drain wasn't really tight and it was dripping everywhere. The whole material from the bathroom was worn and just dirty to look at. On the last day we were promised a refund of one night... As you can guess, none of this was fulfilled, although I've been trying to contact the hotel for over 1 month with no success (email, booking chat or over the phone ). My stay on site was from the 26.Jul till 02.Aug. The experience was not worth the money. The hotel didn't even try to contact me after I tried it through Booking service as they didn't pay any attention to me. To date i didn't received a single message... Simply an incompetent hotel chain.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in one of the treehouses and all I can say is WOW! The room itself was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was stunning with a lovely shower. The floor to ceiling windows in the room gave us a stunning view, which included our pool, olive groves and the sea - perfect! The private pool was amazing with a large decking area around it with loungers, egg chair, and picnic table and chairs. It is incredibly private and a real retreat! The location is ideal as it is just a short walk away from the main streets and the stunning beach. To top if of the family who own the hotel are incredibly friendly, helpful and just run the most amazing hotel. I can't thank them enough for our exceptional stay and we can't wait to come back. This place was an absolute winner for us and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a first class holiday

the poor internet signal and very slow wifi. also, the ladies were just changing the towels, not cleaning the entire room daily. and the pool got dirty at some point

Dionisis and the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you 😁 The rooms are modern and clean; perhaps it would be more beneficial if there were showers in every room as the bath with shower over was small and tricky to get in and out of safely. The views from the room were lovely, we were on the 3rd floor Although there was plenty of breakfast choice it was exactly the same every day, eg more fresh fruit and different (healthy) cereals would improve it.

The property is situated up a steep drive after a long steep road, so definitely not for people with mobility issues. There is no lift and lots of steps around the property. The road directly outside the property could be busy at times; there wasn’t a problem with noise as this was cancelled out when the doors to the rooms are closed. There is a large water park close by and the music and noise could be heard during the day, but this didn’t spoil the holiday.

the mattress is a bit hard and we once received towels for the pool that had stains on them
