Excellent location, treats in the room, clean and comfy, very kind host!

Everything was as expected

We were 3 adults and they gave us one set of keys for the room which needed to be inserted to have electricity. This left us no flexibility or ability to have freedom of movement. We had to either all stay indoor or if one wants to go out the rest need to be left without electricity or wake up someone to open for them

very clean facilities, decorated impeccably,very well equipped kitchen, close proximity to Old city of Nafplio without the crowd

Lovely, contemporary lofted room (we had #7, the Maisonette) with kitchenette served our purposes very well. Clean, comfortable room and furniture, nice balcony seating with great view of the fortress. Bottle of wine left for us a very nice touch! Easy on-street parking for our rental car right out front. We were doing a lot of our own cooking, so the fact this is very close to bakeries, a mini-mart, a super market, and the lively twice-weekly farmers market was perfect. The building is in a regular kind of neighborhood a short walk from the old city and from numerous restaurants and cafes, and just in back of the Art Gallery. Also, during the Covid testing times, there is a great medical lab just around the corner. Note for those with mobility challenges: elevator in building, and also that the bathroom is on the same level with the kitchen and living space, so is downstairs from the bedroom.

The utensils, pots and pans, and dishes in the kitchen are bare bones for those who are self-catering. After staying in Airbnbs with nicely equipped kitchens in other places in Greece, we were disappointed, but we made it work. WiFi is, of course, available, but during our stay it cut our every 10 or 15 minutes, only to come back on again immediately. We let the property manager know about this, so it may be corrected soon.

Really comfortable,immaculate,well equipped, beautifully decorated maisonette. Good location, easy to walk into Nafplio old town with a great selection of bars and restaurants. Quite location at night. Beautiful bakery and supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Helpful host.
