we missed the drying cabinet

Ulla, the host, was exceptionally patient and communicative. The property is drenched in history, and although very basic in nature, there is a comfortable charm we came to be so fond of by the end of our stay. It was always warm, plenty of space and it had all the things you'd need for a comfortable family stay. We were just minutes from everything needed ( sub 5 mins to tundra huskies- incredible- elves hideaway, snow mobiling etc. 10 minutes to levi zero point and reindeer farms) yet it felt so remote and peaceful- we even saw the northern lights dance above the house on Christmas eve as there is very little light pollution.

The only thing we would have loved was some WIFI, but not a dealbreaker.

Nice house for a week in Lapland. Perfect vor 6 adults and two children. For 7 adults it was also okay. Has everything you need for nice evenings with cooking and sauna. But make sure you have a car otherwise you have to use all time the taxi. For 7 people to Levi and back it’s about 28€.
