The overall experience of staying with the property was excellent and would recommend this 100%.

Very clean! From the receptionist, room service staff to security were very courteous. The apartment was well appointed with ALL the amenities You can think of. Did not use the pool, however they provided us with a fixed menu lunch which was tasty and well presented at my requested time. Fantastic place, will always recommend! Location is also ideal to be Colombo based and move about the main city area without much hassle.

Try to have the main entrance a little more presentable, just to give a better first impression, the car park at the back had a lot of random building items in storage.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed there during a medical crisis due to my needing surgery for a broken ankle. They were accommodating and considerate. Water was hot. WiFi was good and the bed was quite comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious.

Very tastefully furnished apartment. Safe and secure place to be in the middle of city. Very kind staff's. I have requested for a late check~out and they have approved it.

Had really hard time to bring in some of our visitors.
