a very nice area. clean, warm rooms and very nice staff! I want to say thank you to a lady at the front desk- a very nice, friendly person with good English!

the breakfast options was lack of western food and the breakfast area was very cold.

The room was very nicely decorated. Huge space, really nice and convenient with an infant. The service was beyond expectation. Restaurant cook prepared special food (no salt, no sugar etc) for my toddler. Nice breakfast. Chinese and western choices. Would definitely come back.

Building site just behind the hotel. New appartment complexes are however almost finished. I will be back for sure.

The hotel is beautiful, situated beside a river on lovely grounds. Swimming pool is very clean. There are walking tracks around the property. Rooms are comfortable, wifi good. Breakfast is ample with good selection of Chinese and Western foods . The staff went out of their way to help, particularly Romeo who organised transfers and day trips for us

The restaurant food was inexpensive but not quite to Hilton standard. The hotel is quite far from Hangzhou, we came to see a show in the city and it was almost 2 hours round trip due to road works. There was a mix up with our booking code when we arrived, it seems the hotel had overbooked but they were eventually able to rectify it . Mountain view rooms overlook a building site As it is school holidays there were many children in the hotel so consider this before your stay . It was quite noisy most of the time Please note that I would stay at this hotel again, all things considered
