Renovated classic A-Frame in the quiet end of Cape Woolamai
Neu renoviertes klassisches A-Frame Cottage am ruhigen Ende von Cape Woolamai. Nur wenige Meter vom Naturpark Cape Woolamai Phillip Island und seinem atemberaubenden Blick entlang der Küste entfernt. Der ruhige Strand von Cleeland Bight und das örtliche Café Wooli General sind zu Fuß erreichbar. 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 1 Minute Fahrt zum weltberühmten Woolamai Surf Beach. Alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Die vor kurzem gründlich renovierte Villa verfügt über große Fenster und eine Schiebetür, die viel natürliches Licht hereinlässt und direkten Zugang zum Garten hinter dem Haus bietet. Natürlicher Korkboden für Wärme und ein weiches Gefühl an Ihren Füßen, doppelte Isolierung für thermischen Komfort und Energieeinsparung und Erreichung eines 8-Sterne-NatHERS-Status. LED-Beleuchtung durchgehend mit manuellen Drehdimmerschaltern, um die Lichtatmosphäre nach Ihren Wünschen zu regulieren. Waschmaschine / Trockner zur Verfügung. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Zwei Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock, eines mit einem Queensize-Bett, das zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Rollbett. Das Doppelschlafsofa im Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss bietet eine Schlafkapazität von insgesamt 7 Personen. Für unsere Babygäste steht auch ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung.

Great stay, close to beach. Very comfortable

This compact home was more than what we expected when we came. It had everything we needed, and a few things that we didn't realise we needed until we got there.
It is located down an unsealed road, so heads up. But it is also located away from street lights, so our kids got to meet the galaxy for the very first time.
Also, the staple pantry they Nicolo provided us with was an absolute find! All of the usual things, plus dried herbs and spices, as well as some sauces in the fridge made cooking here far more enjoyable for the list of things that we didn't have to go out and buy.
Nicolo was prompt and kind in all of our communication with us, and the little pointers that he gave to us just before we came helped us enormously to settle into the property for the time we were there.
This was a fantastic base for our family as we explored the sights of Phillip Island; far enough away for it to be private, but close enough to major supermarkets and healthcare centres to be able to pop in and grab what was needed.
Definitely a return trip, and highly recommended for family visits.

House had everything you needed for a getaway plus more. Clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach it was a really pleasant stay. Nicolo was very quick to respond to my queries. It was very good value, would definitely recommend it to families and couples.

My partner and I enjoyed our getaway. The place was clean and relaxing. Exceeded expectations the place is better than the pictures. Gorgeous and quiet. We enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around as we enjoyed our morning coffee. So close to the beach - can’t wait to stay again!

You have everything, a place to enjoy the sanity, beach, wonderful nature. Just 10mins away you have acess to all big supermarkets, beautiful waterfront.
Wont have direct view of the beach, but just few minutes walk, can say hi to lots of bunnies on the way.
Dont have to bring anything, the cozy house has them all, from hat to coat, games, books ....
Host is extremely responsive and accommodating.

Love this house and location. Ideal for my daughter and me as a getaway for her surfing comp. On the edge of the National Park it was cllose to the action but so so quiet and nestled in nature. Beach, bay, bunnies and birds. All the b's. We will be back. :)

Absolutely loved the property and the finish was great. The plywood everywhere looked slick and my daughter loved the smell of the wood in the bedrooms upstairs. Wild rabbits running all over the garden and a short walk down the lane to the beach. See you next time!

This is an absolutely amazing holiday stay! Nicolo really had thought of every detail to make our holiday very comfortable and easy, anything that you would typically need for day to day living was provided. It’s set in a beautiful and quiet location just minutes walk from the beach with inclusions such as an outdoor shower, bbq, outdoor furniture and to our kids delight outdoor toys and activities. Our daughters loved their room that had a story corner with a book and hat stand which made them feel very special as this was their first ever holiday, they did not want to leave.
Nicolo was very accommodating and a great communicator, we really loved every aspect of staying at the Tee Pee house and would definitely love to come back and stay here again.

The house was lovely, very cosy and comfortable, my 3 yr old daughter loved it. Everything you need. Very generous owner who is easy to communicate with. Also very close to the beach, loved listening to the waves at night.

Nicole’s place is awesome. Tastefully and newly designed throughout with great atmosphere and suited to those who appreciate a home with personality. Located close to shops and the beach and all the great sights Philip Island has to offer. We’ll be back.

What a great find: a perfect spot for a weekend away - all the amenities you need, spotlessly clean, warm, private, space around the house rather than neighbours too close by, easy distance to all the walks we love to do when visiting the Island.

Lovely house and location
The house was absolutely beautiful, it was hard to leave. Loved the whole experience, there was everything you could possibly need- from kids' books, DVDs, and board games to all the kitchen items. Thank you, highly recommend!

Has Everything!
It was a great property that had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of toys for little ones. The location is ideal, set in a nice quiet neighbourhood with the beach a short walk aways. There’s a grocery store nearby and some food options too. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore Philip Island. Communication with property manager was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again if we’re visiting the area.

The house and location were very nice ,the street was very quiet.
The property is lovely ,i believe that it needs a good clean though especially since we have to worry about covid.The kitchen was not clean and the utensils were dirty.

Great Property, just some issues checking in
The property is fantastic and great for families. Very well equipped and comfortable home. Just had issues checking in as the owner forgot to send us instructions on how to get it, but was quickly resolved after a call. Highly recommend.

we enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were very comfortable. Everything very clean and working properly. Lots of pots and pans for cooking. Very friendly magpies came to visit. Beautiful view of the night sky and stars.

The Triangle House
The Triangle house was booked as a birthday surprise for our young Grandchild. She adored everything about it! The beach was so close and so beautiful. She even coaxed her arthritic old Gran to walk to the beach unaided! A great place to stay in a beautiful area to play!

Perfect holiday house
Modern, clean, minimal, freshly renovated, eco friendly house with everything you need, a nice backyard to hang out in and a short walk to Cleveland Bight for a swim in the bay or just a little further walk to Woolamai beach. Stunning views nearby plus a fantastic hike along the cape. Loved the A frame design as well. Fish and chip shop just around the corner and a 5 minute drive to an IGA. The house generously supplied basic pantry needs and there is plenty of storage and room for your belongings. We had 5 adults staying with all our luggage, surfboards, and basically our entire kitchen for one of us with severe allergies and not once did we feel cramped or crowded. A great part of the island to stay in if you want to stay away from the crowds, even in peak season.

This accomodation is in great location, close to the beach, with wonderful inside and outside areas. Recently renovated, it is very cosy and inviting, with everything you need. Nicolò is a fantastic host, easily contactable but gave us complete privacy. Would highly recommend!! Thank you for having us!!
