Great location, lovely breakfast friendly staff excellent shower

The breakfast spread was great. Victoria was outstanding. Both at check in and check out. The security of the hotel was appreciated. The hotel is adorable. Great gym as well.

Our main issue was the construction that started at 0700. One small issue was that we had to ask for toilet paper. Neither the toilet paper nor the coffee cups were replenished.

Convenient and welcoming

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, very well equipped. The breakfast was very good. Parking in the hotel area was no problem. Overall great value. Met my expectations.

5 minute walk to the North Quincy T station, which takes you into downtown in less than 40 minutes. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was algo very good.

It would be great if parking was included.

The location is good for visiting Quincy but a little too far out from Boston central .The train station is close by . Uber to Boston in the range of $15-40 depending on time of day . Staff were friendly and helpful .

Given the cost of the hotel , the breakfast offered is poor quality and ceased serving at 9.30am -too early ! . There is no bar in the hotel or mini bar service. On the Q&A section of booking page they say parking is complimentary - but then I was charged an additional $15 a day to park my car !! Excessive given the cost of the room . The room had a very noisy air conditioner with no remote control - wall mounted control .. The fridge was also noise to the point i had to unplug it . There was construction on the road on the south side of the hotel , yet I was still allocated a room on the side of the hotel nearest the construction noise . Overall , not a great experience .

The room was very clean and spacious including a sofa bed. Air con was very good. Some might find it loud, but it doesn't bother me. The shower was very good includimg the amenities that you get to use there. Bathroom was very clean. Mini fridge was very useful as well as the microwave. 5 min walk from North Quincy station and 5 min walk from the stop and shop grocery store. Staffwere very helpful and very friendly.

The device that i bring with me (firestick) didn't seem to work when i plug in at the back of the tv. But not a bug issue

This hotel chain is often located on the outskirts of the city, so you need a car to move around. What is wonderful is that parking is available and free and the staff is helpful, especially Mr. Rodriguez.

لتنظيف الغرفة شعرت أني مجبر على دفع مبلغ أكرامية للسيدة التي تقوم بالتنظيف حيث وضعت ظرف في الغرفة بأسمها لوضع المال بداخلة وعندما لم أدفع لم أجد الغرفة منظفة في اليوم التالي و اليوم الذي يلية وجدتها قامت بتجميع كل الوسائد ووضعها عند حافة السرير و بطي المناشف في دورة المياة دون تغيرها و كأنها تهددني ، وعندما صادفتها في اليوم الرابع ووضعت بعض المال في يدها قامت بتنضيف الغرفة بالكامل وتغيير المفارش و مسح الأرضيات ... To clean the room, I felt obliged to pay a tip to the lady who was cleaning. She put an envelope in the room with her name on it to put the money in. When I did not pay, I did not find the room cleaned the next day. The next day, I found her collecting all the pillows, placing them at the edge of the bed, and folding the towels in the bathroom. Without changing her, it was as if she was threatening me, and when I met her on the fourth day and put some money in her hand, she cleaned the entire room, changed the linens, and mopped the floors...

قد كانت هذة الرحلة هي أول زيارة لي للوليات المتحدة الأمريكية وأول فندق أسكن فية في امريكا ، ولكني أعرف سلسلة فنادق هوليداي أن اكسبريس حيث أقمت فيها في أوروبا وأعرف مستوها الممتاز من النظافة و جودة الفرش والخدمات في الغرفة . يقع الفندق في منطقة هادئة جداً بعيدة عن وسط مدينة بوسطن تحتاج الى سيارة أو الأعتماد على أوبر للتنقل . الموظفين جداً متعاونين وودودين وسريعين في تسجيل الدخول والخروج . This trip was my first visit to the United States of America and the first hotel I stayed in in America, but I know the Holiday Inn Express hotel chain where I stayed in Europe and I know its excellent level of cleanliness and the quality of the furnishings and services in the room. The hotel is located in a very quiet area far from downtown Boston. You need a car or Uber for transportation. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and quick to check in and out.

You must rely on yourself, no matter how many bags you have. Breakfast is weak and is the same every day, only limited items.

Als Buchung wurde mein Middle Name eingegeben und mein Nachname wurde nicht gefunden. Deshalb mussten wir in ein anderes Hotel für eine Nacht, unmöglich.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Staffs are very friendly. Has laundry room.

The high way from the hotel to downtown was very busy, so if you want to go to those sightseeing spots, suggest to avoid busy hours.

When checking in, the service was very bad. The room has a very disgusting smelling near the window

The room was nice, there is a laundry room with free washing and drying machines. close to red line stop into Boston

Parking cost $ 15 per day. The staff was really bad: Didn't know that the Red line was suspended during the weekend. The room was not properly cleaned, there were no sheets for the third person; the person cleaning the bathroom took away the used towels but did not replace them; the description of how to enter the code for the room safe is wrong; need to call for help.

The hotel is gorgeous. It’s clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing.

There is a very small parking lot at the property. If you aren’t lucky enough to get one of those spots, you have to park your car 2 blocks away. We had someone block us in when there were no more available spots.

Renovated / Updated Holiday Inn, nice and Clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast did not open until 7am on Saturday morning, and we had to leave before then. No express breakfast or coffee was put out, so we got zero food and drink. But we had to pay for breakfast in the price. There was no way to opt out of paying for breakfast. Hence the low marks- paying for something I did not get to use. That was a disappointment and a really bad value.

It was good. But we have to wait to refill food and coffee. Food was good but not enough prepared.

The bed bottom(bed frame) was not clear and duvet was stained.

Clean rooms, great continental breakfast, comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms felt very small. Taking the T into Boston was at least a one hour trip each way. The T stop was across the street.

Near North Quincy station, 5 minutes to Target, and Stop & Shops, 5 minutes to some local restaurants, free guest laundry, what do you expect more! 10 out of 10.

Parking 15/day is quite much.
