The garden

Please, don’t go to this place! My boyfriend and I booked 2 nights, but ended up staying only one because there was no other place to go. Here is what happened: Upon arrival, we were supposed to get the keys to our room from a key locker. 1. The pincode to the locker(s) was wrong. 2. There was no one at the reception (NO other guests on the premises). 3. After trying (for over an hour) several phone numbers, we managed to get in. The room resembled a prison cell. It was hot, dusty and most of the furniture was broken. The air conditioning was dusty, and looked as if it wasn’t serviced for years. The bathroom tiles where dirty and had a “yellowish” tint. At that point we no longer wished to stay in that room and decided to call the receptionist. I explained the situation and requested to be moved to a different room. Her (Stefka) answer was; “There is no one on the premisses so please stay in the room we put you in”! I expressed my dissatisfaction by saying that I no longer wish to stay here for another night. To which she replied that I should contact booking… We called another number (the son of the owners), and he told us to get a different key from the reception and move in to a different room. Result, the new room was almost the same but at least it didn’t look like a prison cell. The next morning we packed our stuff and went downstairs to talk to the owners and the receptionist. The owner was extremely rude and agressieve toward us. He was *aggressive* I said that we don’t want to stay the second night, and wish not to pay for it to the receptionist, she told me that there is nothing she can do to help us if want I can talk to the *aggressive* owner… Shortly, The garden looks nice. The houses are ruins, smelly, dusty rooms, and dirty bathrooms. Receptionist is useless, and the owners aggressive and rude. We will not get a refund for the second night… My advice to you, don’t go there!

Everyrhing was great, very clean and cool

Very cosy and quiet place, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room and bathroom! Definitely will visit again and will recommend to friends!

The bed was really comftortable.
