Wunderschönes, brandneues Haus mit privatem Whirlpool und spektakulärem Blick auf die Berge von La Sal.
Unser geräumiges 2-stöckiges Haus mit einer Fläche von 180 Quadratmetern verfügt über ein modernes Design mit 2 großen Wohnbereichen, 2 überdachten Außenterrassen und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für mehrere Fahrzeuge.
Das Haus befindet sich auf 1 Hektar Land, eine einfache 10-minütige Fahrt südlich der Innenstadt von Moab. Es ist ideal für die Erkundung der Nationalparks Arches und Canyonlands, in der Nähe von Mountainbiking, Wandern, Allradfahren, Klettern, Rafting und einer unglaublichen Landschaft.
Das Haus verfügt über Highspeed-WLAN-Internetzugang, USB-Ladeanschlüsse in allen Schlafzimmern, Geschirrspüler-TV und Sonos-Lautsprecher in den Wohnbereichen.
Draußen gibt es 2 separate überdachte Terrassen mit einem brandneuen privaten Whirlpool für 7 Personen, bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten, einem großen Esstisch und einem Gasgrill. Der Hinterhof verfügt auch über eine große Feuerstelle.
Alle Betten sind mit weichen Simmons Beautyrest-Matratzen und vielen hochwertigen Kissen und Bettwäsche ausgestattet.
Die Master-Schlafzimmersuite verfügt über ein luxuriöses Kingsize-Bett, einen 50-Zoll-Smart-TV und eine Komfortbadewanne. Zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bieten 40-Zoll-Smart-TVs.
Das große Familienzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein ausziehbares Queensize-Schlafsofa, ein massives Schnittsofa, einen 65-Zoll-Fernseher und eine Wet-Bar.
Die untere Etage verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen großzügigen Ess- und Sitzbereich sowie einen Schlammraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

We wanted a place that was a little outside of Moab. This house was pretty much perfect. It's in Spanish Valley, 10 min. south of town and 15 min. from Arches. The house is pretty much brand new and really well appointed with everything a group would want. It's in a quiet, rural area, which is a nice change from busy Moab. Communication, check-in and house instructions are all handled really well. Every message i sent to the host had a response within the hour. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect, for trip to catch up with childhood friends! Modern, clean, beautifully equiped. We had a great time relaxing, catching up, and soaking in the hot tub while soaking in the beautiful views after mountain biking all day. We plan on coming back, and I plan on coming this fall with family

We had a great time enjoying the house. Eric and Andria were quick to respond with help when needed. We had enough towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc for our trip. It’s far enough from the main part of Moab in order to stargaze in the hot tub.

I enjoyed everything about our stay! The only minor thing was the proximity to Hwy 191 but house is so well insulated we didn't hear any traffic

Nice new home south of Moab
Our stay at Eric's home was enjoyable. Plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out and the property was very clean on arrival. We really enjoyed the large hot tub on the back patio and board games provided for guest use. Also the Sonos speakers both upstairs and downstairs were a very nice touch and something you rarely see in a vacation rental! There were a few small drawbacks that lowered our overall rating from a 5 to a 4. The property is located in an industrial area and there is some morning noise between trucks going by and the nearby highway. Also, there are several windows without blinds so it's not as private as we would have liked, but it's hard to complain with views like these!

Nice/ Newer Property Close to Arches NP
Very clean and newer property. Nicely appointed with hot tub and firepit for those cooler nights. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the highway noise, as Hwy 191 is relatively close to the back yard. Very good communication from the owner. The property is on the south side of Moab, which I'm sure is a bonus during the busy months, as there is probably a bit less traffic. Only about a 20-minute drive to Arches National Park, and approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Follow owner's directions (not a GPS) to the property after leaving highway 191.

Perfect Crew Base for Moab 240
We came to town with a crew supporting a runner in the Moab 240. The house was perfectly located for all the south of town destinations we had to get to, and the hot tub was great for sore muscles.
House was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the coffee items for the first morning, since we hadn't remembered to bring our own.
The owner, Eric, was easy to reach and communicate with, especially when we had some oddball, last minute requests.
Supposedly, we are coming back to run the 240 again. This will be our first choice.

Just loved the home and was enjoyed by our whole family.
Great place to stay just outside of Moab. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the thunderstorms form over the mountains while relaxing on the front patio. House was very comfy and had everything we needed. Owner was awesome to work with and kept in touch during some strong summer thunderstorms. Wish we had more time to enjoy the area and rest at the house.

Amazing
Simply gorgeous property with pristine views. Close enough to town, but also away enough to feel more private. Feels like living in Moab, non touristy area. Easy access to town. The home is new and modern, hot tub is great and two out door seating areas were nice, some could hang in front, while we were relaxing out back. Same with two indoor living rooms. Kitchen is fully stocked and washer/dryer are great. Kids twin room was so cute a perfect. Master bed/bath is separate and private from the upstairs bed rooms and bath. We loved it there and wanted to stay forever. Turn key modern. Highly recommend and worth every penny, especially compared to some of the more aged parts of Moab we have stayed in. Would love to stay there again when it’s available.

Great Place
We loved this spot! There were two couples who were celebrating birthdays and anniversaries on our trip. The house and the amenities were great. Definitely enough room for us to hang out and enjoy the space as a group or separate. The space was comfortable, clean, and offered a lot! Having the private hot tub, grill, and back patio was amazing! We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Moab!

Pleasantly surprised
It was enjoyable to have a sitting area without a television present to keep the focus on those in the room. The kitchen is smaller, but well stocked for preparing meals. The hot tub was a worthwhile soak in the evening after miles and miles of hiking in the local national parks.

Very clean, owner is PHENOMENAL to work with, home is darling and comfortable and yard space is great. Awesome view of the stars! Only suggestion is home had limited bedding for pull out bed and limited towels for hot tub but I am confident he would provide more upon request! Would definitely stay here again!

WELL APPOINTED - CLEAN - NEW HOME
EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER. THE HOME WAS WELCOMING, COMPLETE WITH ITS OWN WELCOME BASKET. WE ENJOYED A GOOD SOAK IN THE HOT TUB, JUST FEET FROM THE BACK DOOR, AFTER SPENDING THE DAY EXPLORING THE ARCHES NATIONAL PARK. WE THEN FIRED UP THE WEBER GRILL FOR A GREAT DINNER. THE HOUSE IS NOT LOCATED INTOWN MOAB, BUT BY UTAH STANDARDS IS JUST OUTSIDE OF TOWN AND A VERY SHORT DRIVE FROM THE DOWNTOWN. THERE WAS ONLY TWO OF US, BUT THE HOUSE CAN EASILY ACCOMMODATE MORE WITH TWO BEDROOMS AND FULL BATH ON THE SECOND FLOOR THAT WE DID NOT USE, OTHER THAN ENJOY THE HUGE LIVING ROOM WITH A TV. MANY THANKS FOR MAKING OUR TRIP TO MOAB AND ARCHES, MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME.

The house was awesome! Very very clean and house seemed brand new! Location was a little odd but overall super close to the main highway, easy to get to, and secluded. Great place to rent for stay!!
