Highly recommend the Otivm Hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to explore and close to public transporation, with the Piazza Venezia stop for the hop on/hop off tour buses just down the street. It's central location made it easy to come and go as we pleased. The room was quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean, and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our 3 night stay. We will definitely return on our next visit to Rome, the Otivm Hotel was fabulous!

The hotel is very nice, clean and has a beautiful rooftop lounge. I loved the shower but the bed was very hard...a mattress topper would go a long way! Also bring your own hair dryer the ones they provide are terrible and actually sucked my hair into the motor. Great hotel for the value!

very little storage in the bathroom for toiletries and the mattress was super firm, uncomfortably firm!

Location is fantastic, the porch is definitely a nice addition. The bathroom is spacious.

Elevator is definitely one of the smallest I have ever seen. For the price paid, complimentary water should be a given. Almost no English channel Tv.

The staff was super helpful, the room and the hotel was very very good, we really felt like home! The location is also excellent and very central, you have a lot of things in a 10 minute radius. Perfect for couples with a nice romantic vibe.

We were upgraded from standard to a larger room and really appreciated the extra space as we were there for 5 nights. The room and bathroom were very nicely appointed, the bed was comfortable, housekeeping service twice a day was a treat. Thought we didn't need it often I appreciated the candies they left and fresh towels when needed.

I thought the choice of music playing on the roof deck (R&B latest hits) was not in keeping with the style of the hotel. Maybe others would enjoy it. We went one evening but the music stopped me from wanting to go again.

Shower could be better

Nice-sized room, quiet and secure.

The shower was doorless and located in the bedroom, not in the bathroom, and unless you were really careful (and placed a towel on the floor at the shower's opening), water would pour into the bedroom. That meant someone had to mop up the floor every time the shower was used. Perhaps the hotel's designer thought a doorless shower in the bedroom was "hip" but, in fact, it is annoying and impractical. Also, the elevator is tiny (3 people max) and it's unclear whether it's possible to take the stairs to the ground floor -- the signage indicates exiting the stairs at the ground floor will set off a fire alarm. So it seems there is no alternative to the elevator.

Great boutique hotel and room was larger compared to other hotel rooms in Europe. The terrace was a fantastic addition.
