Unsere Wohnung im Stadthausstil hat eine der besten Lagen am Sugar Mountain - direkt am ersten Abschlag auf dem Golfplatz, direkt neben Schläuchen und Eislaufen in der Skisaison und direkt gegenüber der Skihütte. Alles zu jeder Jahreszeit zu Fuß erreichbar! Diese 1800 Quadratmeter große Wohnung verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Vollbad, und einen großen, offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich. Auf der Hauptebene befinden sich das Wohnzimmer, die Küche und der Essbereich mit einem Kamin und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Golfplatz.

Das Sugar Mountain Resort liegt nur einen Katzensprung von dieser Wohnung entfernt. Dort finden Sie eine Eisbahn im Freien, Snowtubing, Mountainbiketouren und einen kompletten Golfplatz. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, darunter das Reid's Cafe und das Elevations Restaurant. Started before we ever checked in. Check in time was to be at 4 however unit wasn’t ready until well after 5 however definitely wasn’t even clean. There wasn’t even sheets on two of the beds. Walked in and there was a sticky note on the refrigerator that it was broke. We had over 1k in groceries sitting in coolers. One of the toilets upstairs didn’t work. Called maintenance and was told they would try and get a refrigerator delivered the next day. Toilet was never repaired our entire visit. The outlets and lights went out in two of the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs making those bathrooms unusable because of lack of lighting. Washed a load of wet ski clothes only to find out the dryer also didn’t work. Maintenance came and was unable to fix the dryer, toilet and lights. Also the heat didn’t work in the downstairs which was also never fixed. The two beds that were missing the sheets were never brought. We had 10 people trying to use two bathrooms. The home is completely outdated and disgusting however the lack of communication or attempt to make any of this right is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place or any other place rented by Vacasa. Been calling for four days and have yet to receive a call back from anyone!

The property was perfect for access to the slopes. It was large enough for our group and we walked to the resort. Perfect location and had everything we needed.

Location was excellent (walking distance to slopes, etc.), but the place looked like it hadn't been updated (or even maintained) since the 90's. Downstairs heat didn't even work for us and no attempt was made to repair it while we were there despite multiple messages to property management. Half the stovetop was broken, and the other half that did work produced a bunch of smoke when heating from years of buildup. We all felt like we got sick from the house during the trip.
It served its purpose but we would not recommend or go back.

The location of the property was great, but that was all. Everything in the house was super dirty and old. The kitchen was not cleaned at all , most of the bathrooms sinks didn’t drain , bedding, curtains were also very dirty. At least the host refunded the cleaning fee. We will not stay again at that property.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable. Lots of bathrooms was convenient for family. The townhouse is extremely dated, and cleanliness of furniture and bathrooms was a concern. Mildew all over 2 of the shower curtains and in grout around tubs. Furniture has many stains.

This property is so outdated and has many broken doors, broken and filthy furniture, stains on the rugs, motel type mattresses, major squeaks in the floors... it's like the owners bought this place in the 70's or 80's and haven't done a thing to it except add furniture the bought at yards sales. The location is perfect! It really just needs a deep clean (property manager needs to spend a bit more on the upkeep)and some minor updates and it would be awesome! Considering you don’t have to drive to get to the ski lifts it is totally worth the outdated appearance.

Property needs facelift...
The property needs updating on main and bottom levels. Furniture and bedding was worn out. Location is WONDERFUL! Walking distance to all winter activities!

Really convenient location for skiing and tubing, but the kitchen is a lot smaller than it looks online. It was nice that all the bedrooms were large and had their own bathrooms, and the living room was a decent size. Cooking Christmas dinner was a little challenging, but overall a good place to stay if you want to be able to walk to the base.

Perfect for golf trips, ski trips, festivals - this condo is right at the base of the ski slopes and within walking distance to the golf course. Stocked kitchen, plenty of room, clean. Will definitely book again!

The best part about this property is location. It’s on hole one on Sugar Mtn Golf Course. Area is beautiful! Other than that this condo is very much outdated! All of the floors, carpet and tile, need to be redone. Bathrooms look like 1960’s along with
the paint. The biggest deal breaker is NO AIR. We had to use box fans to keep cool. Even though it doesn’t get as hot in the mtns as other places, it was still pretty warm. It’s the middle of July! The owner really needs to consider doing some updates and renovating if he/ she want to continue renting.

This was a great place right across the street from the lodge. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back so I don’t want to be fighting y’all for it!!

We absolutely loved the place, it’s right across from the ski lodge. It was roomy and very nice. Will stay here again!
