Excellent location, host was so lovely and provided over and above in the kitchen such as ice cream, beautiful teas and coffees and the apartment was lovely.

Our host was waiting for us at the door when we arrived, even though we were a lot later than planned. Alla showed us around the apartment and left us free passes for the train. She also helped me speak with reception tom organise printing. The apartment was extremely well equipped. The kitchen cupboards and drawers were full of every appliance and accessory we could ever want. The balcony was large and I enjoyed lounging on the sun bed of an evening. The view was amazing and we were right next to the train to go up the mountain.

I have been staying in different properties in Swiss and French Alps in this price range for the past eight years and this apartment was by far the best one. We had a great stay as a family of four and we all said we would like to stay here again. Everything in the apartment is great: from bed linen, to interior design and taste, from appliances to quality of furniture. The apartment is in the same building as the Chalet Hotel Royalp, which is such a nice hotel, with very nice restaurants that the apartment guests can dine in! The train going up to Col de Bretaye is just in front of the property and in 15 minutes, you are at the slopes with your family! Excellent for a mixed group of skiers and non-skiers. Like it was not all enough, the host Alla and her husband are incredibly generous and hospitable people offering a warm welcome which we will remember! Truly exceptional stay in Villars!
