Location.

The apartment is very central to many of the sites around Rome. It is a great sized apartment with plenty of room for a family of 5. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were nice and cosy in the evening and cool during the day. The host was on hand throughout our stay helping us with lots of information about the city.

The property is within the ZTL parking zone. As we had a hire car it was tricky trying to find parking out with the area but the host was very helpful with this. Once in Rome you don’t need a car so it worked out in the end. Just something to keep in mind and plan for.

The location couldn't have been better - very central but extremely quiet and everything within walking distance. The host was really so helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations.

Amazing localisation, great communication with the host

Location was great walking distance to most attractions. Host was great sent recommendations for food and also organised Taxi when requested.

The apartment is great ! Great space for a family of 4, with two real bedrooms plus the commun areas. It is also greatly situated (5 minutes on foot from the Panheon and piazza Venezia). All the main attractions are accessible on foot. Jasmina was real nice with us, always available when need, she gave us a lot of suggestions for discovering the city.

Good location, 100m from Pantheon. 75 square meters flat with 2 bedrooms. Fitted kitchen, no problems with towels / shower gel and soap. flat was quite warm, and quite.

Very weird system to open a door (through electronic application). No internet inside building due to massive walls which makes this experience absolutely miserable. Staff doesn't speak English at all, which in the summary of property this is listed. shower curtain smells badly, water stream has low pressure.

The tiny bathroom is definitely not Luxuary,therefore there is no picture in the Booking.com offer. If you are just over 1.75cm tall, you can only sit on the toilet sideways! Shower with a terrible curtain, everything flooded. There are no shelves for toiletries in the bathroom. You can't see the host at all. You don't get a key to the apartment.Everything is done via Whatsupp.Including uploading your ID or passport to the app. You can only open the door through the Vikey app. Very often we had to repeat the door opening via the app.The big problem is when the wifi is weak in the corridor outside the door. We will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

The apartment is beautiful and spotless (9/10) with clean towels and linens. The host (Simone) is lovely, always communicating making sure we arrived safely and replies promptly for any queries.

Loved how white and bright the apartment is. My 71 year old mother was with me and has macula degeneration in her eyes. Rooms and halls HAVE to gave bright lighting or she can not see. She was very comfortable.

Apartment size was large and was very clean. Only a couple of minute walk from the pantheon and sort walk from other main attractions. Someone was there with the keys to greet us which was nice. Host was very quick to respond with any queries. Would recommend

Some small to medium marks on the walls which can do with a touch up but apart from that all good.

host was easy to reach , super friendly , very organised and prompted. Great location , in working distance to everything. The room was spacious and clean.

The friendly caretaker on the front door of the building, the bijou lift, the wonderful views of the Piazza della Pigna from both bedrooms and the sunny dining room (where we spent a lot of our time), the water pressure, the beds, bedding and pristine towels. the accessibility to excellent amenities and must see landmarks, the Piazza Della Pigna itself, a charming little square a stones throw from The Pantheon and finally Arianna the manager of the apartment who replied promptly when we had any queries via WhatsApp.

We didn’t cook whilst we were there but perhaps a few more facilities in the kitchen for someone who wants to cook wouldn’t go amiss.

Location - set in a small, charming and quiet piazza, very central for all tourist locations and good restaurants. A romantic interior with large airy rooms. Fresh crisp linens on wonderful mattresses. Lots of good soft towels. Sparklingly clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of bathroom necessities. Supermarket, a minute walk away round the corner.

The shower needs a small upgrade.

Loved the location, location, location. Walked everywhere. Right in the heart of Rome. Very helpful staff. AC works great. Plenty of room. Felt very safe. Would rent it again.

Location just two minutes from Pantheon and all the services. Church with Michelangelo just round the corner. Quiet and safe feeling street. Nice welcome.

Currently most windows are covered due to renovation, so almost no natural light or view. Could use towel hangers/hooks in bathroom.
