The room was a nice size and really liked the layout. The closet with the drawers and shelf opposite was excellent. Loved the fact that you have a shower and not a tub. Thank you thank you for having plenty of hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Finally, a hotel does it right! Large shower with good water pressure.

Not much variety at breakfast; no fruit. Sometimes coffee was not ready and no creamer. Why do hotels never have a fan in the bathroom? This causes the room to steam up when showers are taken, which in turn causes the rest of the hotel room to be musty and it never really airs out. This contributes to mold and musty smells.

The location was excellent. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

There were dirty wash cloths in the shower and the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The shampoo/conditioner holders were broken in the shower.

The staff (morning crew staff (Peyton & Tamiya)) we’re very rude and unfriendly. They did not display good customer at all. My son attends Liberty University and is a member of the football team, and my husband and I WILL NOT use this facility ever again when visiting him or when attending another game due to the rudeness of these 2 employees. Residence Inn really needs to re-train their staff (especially the assistant General Mgr Peyton) on the value of good customer service.

Location and ease of access to major roadways. The breakfast was outstanding as well. Great property, staff and location. Would consider patronizing this location again in the future should I travel through Lynchburg again.
