The apartment is centrally located. The excellent instructions were provided, so it was very easy to find and reach the place. Although there is no dedicated parking place, just cross the road there is a huge parking, where anyone can find the place. Apartment has a great kitchen and all necessary amenities. There is also an air conditioner, which might be very handy during the summer time. This is a great place, even for a longer stay!

Excellent location, well laid out comfortable clean unit. The staff were attentive and responsive to any concerns or queries. The added bonus was the fresh fruit, juice and buns awaiting our arrival.

Everything was perfect! Great location!

The apartment was super nice and had everything we needed. Very clean and nicely designed.

It is sandwiched between 2 bars and on the weekend we did experience electronic music until 2:30am. Had a glitch with the door code but it was eventually resolved.

No breakfast, but had full kitchen

One Saturday night music from club around corner was very loud from 10 pm until early morning

The apartment is so so so nice that I enjoyed my stay very much. It's big, quiet and clean. It has everything you need and the host even offered me some bread, milk and orange juice for free. For me travelling alone, I felt I was at my own apartment, having my own space to enjoy my time! The electronic lock on the main door of the building and apartment is also very convenient for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

There was just one night that the guests stayed on the lower floor made a lot of noises early at 3'o clock in the morning, which woke me up and I couldn't sleep well after since there were people keeping coming in and out. But this was only a bad luck to have noisy neighbours . Other things are all perfect!

Great location, very spacious and clean. We left a chsrger in the room and the staff were super helpful. Heatpump good.

Blinds let in a lot of light from outside. Really couldn't sleep. Not really enough cooking equipments (my bf loves to cook).

The appartement was modern, bright, nicely appointed and pleasant. There was a view on the canal from our bed. The staff was extremely professional and trying to help us. We had the loft appartment wht the BR upstais and the BA downstairs. I would recommand to the property to add a ramp to the staircase to make it more secure going up and down and it is a narrow stairs. When we realized that the location would not suit our needs for a quiet and relazing stay and that we would have to leave earlier than scheduled, the management was understanding. They enabled us to shorten our stay despite the fact it was technically not cancelable on Booking. They immediately offered to refund us for the left over nights.

The location was close to the action. Yet, it was too noisy for us: a block from a Hwy and a bar/lounge & a restaurant just downstairs. Windows were positioned very high making thjem not easy to operate. We were not able to sleep with windows open nor air up the appartment without having highway noise. They are other units in the building facing the back (and not the canal) that could maybe be a bit more quiet, yet they were not available at the time. The wifi signal was too weak to enable us to do basic email-web work.

Apartment was right in the middle of Aveiro on the canal Close to restaurants and easy walking distance to everywhere The group have various apartments / B&B's so we could leave our luggage with reception and check in later Lovely mezzanine apartment with fully equipped kitchen (bedroom upstairs and living room / kitchen / bathroom downstairs)
