great location, staff was very friendly and available.
toilet was not working, cold showers, loud at night, concern for cleanliness of the sheets as they had an odor.

We were in town for a couple of days so we loved the central, easy location that was just steps away from the beach. Everybody who worked there was so friendly.
We might have preferred a little more outdoor space, but the room was great -- central but also really quiet at night. The kitchen/fridge was a bonus, and we liked having an outdoor table.

Everything! The hotel is right by the beach and the rooms are spacious and beautiful, each with a private patio and kitchen space. Carolina is a remarkable and generous hostess who made us feel so welcome and at home.

Fantastic property. Right on the main drag, steps from several restaraunts and the beach. It is a spacious and beautiful room tucked behind the gallery, surrounded by vegetation. Carolina, the owner was so warm and welcoming, it made our stay extra special. The kitchen and dining space is in a covered outdoor patio out front your room and contains the basics. First time in San Pancho but won't be our last. Thanks for the wonderful stay - would definitely return.

it’s a beautiful boutique hotel just a few steps away from the beach. the rooms are clean, spacious and cozy! You even have a small kitchen (fridge, stove, coffee machine) on your private terrace!
The owners/ team are amazing, they really make you feel like home.
We stayed two weeks and we loved it.

Very helpful. Host was in the gallery next door and helped with anything we needed. Taxis, extend check out etc. Room was clean and conferable and you couldn't;t be any closer to the beach without being on it!

The roof is sort of open so you literally hear everything going on in the streets (e.g. karaoke bar next door). So for us, it was way too loud to sleep. The kitchen pans were dirty.

Everything about my stay met or exceeded my expectations. Being right next to the beach was ideal. Breakfast each morning was delicious and Carolina and her team were wonderful hosts.
I loved being so close to the beach and places to eat and shop, but with this location comes some street noise and music at night.
