Great property with bikes,kayak,pool perfect for the family!

Great place to stay. It had everything you need and was very comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking bike riding and has three restaurants in gated community. The owner communicated regularly and we will stay again. Loved it!

We have been staying in vacation rentals for years! We come to Marathon every year for 3-4 weeks. We love Key Colony but have a difficult time finding nice rentals with great outdoor areas as well as a nice home. We hope to be able to rent in Bette's home again. Super clean, great layout for family both indoors and out. The pictures online are great, in person its even better. Communication with Bette is great, she answers any questions and is quick to respond.

We loved our stay in KCB at this wonderful home! It was even more beautiful than the pictures and had everything we needed and more. We relaxed by the pool, went for long walks and enjoyed Sunset Beach in the evening. The owners were very easy to communicate with as well. We hope to make it back next year!!

Great house with lots of room for all of us!! The pool was awesome and really enjoyed the entire time here!! Bette was alwsys there when we needed her-- just little things---nothing drastic! The house has everything you need for your stay!!

Check-in was great owner of property was wonderful to deal with. Master bedroom bed was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time took a picture of the brand so I can buy one for my own home. Kitchen was well appointed Pool was great, dock was great one morning I fished in my pajamas, would definitely recommend this to everybody

We stayed a week in July. So much to do in the middle keys without the bustle of Key West. The house is very nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool and rear deck are amazing. We kayaked from the dock several days and walked to sunset beach many evenings. Bette was very responsive and helpful. We had a couple of small issues that were corrected in a timely fashion. The property manager was very nice and all were caring about our stay. The neighbor Tom is a great guy and we spoke most days. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Beautiful house driveway was not as big as we would’ve of liked for all the vehicles and boat trailer but made it work. The refrigerator needs to be replaced or put on the back patio for an extra ,the ice-maker does not keep up. so be expect to spend money on ice. Construction next door was a big bummer since we went there to relax but the homeowner said she was unaware of the situation and if we wanted to come back next year, she would take care of us. Overall not a bad stay other than the 7:30 am crane alarm ⏰

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the owner. The house is maintained, well stocked, comfortable and clean. The owner is committed to making sure that your trip is a good one. We had a great week at the property, pool and on the water. Will definitely stay again. A+

We had a party of 7 the house was plenty big enough for all of us. We a great time hanging out in the pool and on the dock. The host Bette has to be one of the very best host that we have experienced. Her communication was prompt and her directions for gaining access to the property and what needed to be done prior to us leaving were very clear and easy to follow. She even texted to let us know we could get in the house early since the cleaning crew had finished early. She is definitely a 5 star host and we plan on booking our next trip to the Keys at this same property.

Perfect location. House, pool and outside is beautiful, exactly as described. We brought a boat that we used daily. Dock area was perfect. Lots of fish caught for an added bonus. Bette was wonderful with communication and anything needed. Didn’t want to leave! This was the nicest rental we have stayed out in Key Colony and would definitely stay again!

The property was very nice, plenty of space (there were 7 of us-including one kid and a toddler). Bette is a very responsive host. I highly recommend this property!

We were looking for a home that had all the items on our “wishlist” for our first visit to the Keys. What we found was the most beautiful home in a wonderful little town near Marathon! This home is so much more spacious in person. There are 2 bedrooms on each side of the house which works well for large families or multiple groups. We had everything we could ask for- grill, kayak, bikes, fishing poles, heated pool, beach chairs. But we discovered so much more! Pool floats, cooler, plentiful hangers and blankets, umbrellas, books to read, games to play, pool lights, sun shades, the list goes on! You will not be disappointed in this home. This area is so peaceful and quiet and there are many restaurants nearby (some close enough to walk or bike!) Don’t miss sunsets just down the road at Sunset Park. The owner takes pride in her home and has excellent communication! Thank you so much!

The House was nice, and the pool was great! We had a great time staying there with 2 other couples & we highly recommend Sparky's Landing restaurant in the area. Bette was very nice & accommodating, with early access to the property. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The patio was so relaxing to sit on to enjoy our friend's company & my wife is in the process of getting her degree, so she spent many nights doing online homework either on the patio or at the dining room table. The internet service is excellent, and so is the TV service with Cable or ROKU if you wish to use your own streaming service. The beds were comfortable. We had to purchase household items, such as dishwasher soap and hand soap (we did not request these items, so we don't know if they would have been provided at request) We also purchased toilet paper when we ran out after texting the owner, who did not reply after I told her we were very low. she did reply by asking if we were out, but after saying we were very low, there was no more communication on that issue. The Master bedroom has a private bath, with one bedroom with Twin Beds, and no bathroom & there are 2 more bedrooms w Queen beds that share a bathroom. There is one more bathroom in the hallway. So, plenty of bathrooms to accommodate. The pool water went very low and after reporting to the owner, we were requested to fill up with the hose, which was fine, but the pool caretaker never showed up when were there, that's an FYI to the owner only

We were here for 2 weeks. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Bette stayed in touch a couple of times to see how things were going. Great host and communication. Will rent again. Nice new dock for our boat.

House setup nicely with large open area providing a good play area. Essential Items for kitchen, bathrooms and laundry all provided onsite to include soaps, laundry pods and softener sheets, lotion, shampoo, coffee pods, which was convenient and very appreciated. Our host was always quick to respond and most helpful in every situation. We will definitely return if/when we are in the area.

This property is exactly as described, is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. We loved the pool and used it 2x/day for our stay. We visited a new restaurant nightly and still had a list of places we wanted to go when we left. We had good food everywhere. We visited a nearby beach a few times and the fisherman in the group launched his kayak several places within just a few minutes drive (and caught fish daily!) This was a family trip with grandparents, parent, grandchild, & married couple w/o kids all together and the house didn't feel crowded at all, everyone had lots of space to be together or have their own space for a bit. The communication with Bette was easy and friendly. I would absolutely rent this home again and would recommend it to any friends and family visiting this area.

Property was exactly as described. There was a very well appointed kitchen and house had with lots of extras to enhance your stay. Mid-Keys location perfect for day trips to Key West or Key Largo/Islamorada. This was a family vacation with ages from 5 - 65. The layout of the house was perfect with bedrooms spread out for privacy, lots of living room and dining room seating. Having everything on the ground floor was great for monitoring kids in the pool and ease of moving back and forth from inside to out. Can't tell you how many times a family member commented on how perfect the house was.

This was a perfect location for our family. We celebrated 3 October birthdays and Bette’s house was perfect. Family time was on the agenda and we got plenty of that. We never felt like leaving this paradise. Fishing off the new dock, seeing a manatee and shark where all bonuses to our stay. Everything was clean and move in ready. Bette was very tentative with all our questions leading up to and during our stay. If you are planning to vacation in The Keys this is a perfect place to stay. We will be back!

We had 3 couples and plenty of room for everyone! Bette has provided so many extras and is so wonderful to communicate with. We enjoyed the bikes, kayak and the pool. Having beach towels and a cooler was a big help since we flew. This is the perfect location with anything you could possibly need. I can’t wait to stay here again. Beautiful home and great location.

This house was so clean, spacious & cozy. The beds were SO comfy! It was so nice coming home from a day on the boat & jumping in the pool or lounging on their outdoor deck. Bette was so quick to respond & so lovely to deal with. We’ve been staying in KCB for about 7 years & this has been our favorite house. We’ll def be returning. Thanks again, Bette. :)

Our stay at Bette’s home was pleasant and relaxing. The home was clean, easy check in and out process and open communication with owner when needed. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on key colony!

Absolutely beautiful! Everything we needed and more. This felt like home for us. We had so much fun.

My family and a group of our friends from around the nation get together annually for a trip to Marathon. 6 adults, one teen, and one newbown. We had plenty of space and the accommodations were perfect. Book it, you won’t regret it.

There were 6 of us in our group. We all agreed we would/will stay here again. I love that I could text Bette and she would answer with in a couple hours. The photos of this house really do not do it justice, and the pool is perfect. It was a lovely vacation.
