Location was ideal for our trip.

Beds weren't so comfortable, the water took an extremely long time to get hot and radiators in master bed room were rather loud when they clicked on.

Well, the renters on the first floor had kids they were making noise really late at night.. We couldn’t sleep well.. They need to make policies about noise if you rent the property

Great home, excellent slopeside ski in, ski out location. It was nice they provided mats by the doors for ski boots.

For such a large professional cleaning fee, someone needs to check the grout around the tubs. There was mold on both, but we were there for one night so we didn’t use the showers. The master bath shower and toilet is completely open to the bedroom. That was kind of odd, and would be awkward if you booked this for a friends only trip.

No adequate parking, access to the unit was ice covered. Was Not aware that my private slopeside house was also the public access to the slope.rugs in bathroom were old and filthy. Plenty of TV remotes..none worked. Stove was filthy and had cooking oil pooled in the bottom. Blinds were broken and bent in several windows. Would Never stay here again. Rent from someone else, trust me!!!

The unit, though a little dated, had plenty of kitchen necessities, beds were comfortable (bring extra pillows) was spacious, unique, and in a great location. The view is pretty and right next to the slope lifts. Food Lion is at the bottom of the mountain as well as a cute little coffee shop called Fred and Larry's. There is also a laundromat, Chinese restaurant, and an Italian restaurant in that same plaza. Unit is in a great location to get to hiking, tubing, etc.

I usually never leave negative remarks for places we've stayed, but there were just too many things to not mention especially given what we paid to stay here. The shower in 2nd bathroom didn't work properly, the handle on the washing machine was gone and zip tie to open the door was put in place of a handle, the dryer took nearly 3 hours to dry a load of clothes, we were provided only 2 towels for a group of 6...I called Vacasa number for housekeeping twice...once Friday, once Saturday. Was never brought towels. Called Booking.com, they called vacasa...still no towels brought. The button on the humidifier is busted and inoperable. The dishes from previous guests were put away wet and had to be washed/dried before we could use them, the wifi didn't work properly, we fixed it ourselves. The cleaning crew needs to be taught to properly clean. Mousetrap left out in the open on top of the games, pink/red/brown mold in the grout of the tile in bathrooms (pictured is 2nd bathroom) and drain plug unscrewed out of the tub, bag of trash left on the back deck that we had to take to the dump so we didn't get blamed for it, deck table left off to the side of the house, BBQ grill left out in the elements (don't know if it was cleaned, we didn't use it). The front door is difficult to lock as in to get it to lock you have pull up on the handle while turning the key. When you think you've locked it, double check as it doesn't always work the first time. The vertical blinds in dining room are missing half the blinds so you have to leave them pushed to one side, horizontal blinds are dirty/gross with brown stains of something on the slats and strings holding the blinds together and some having busted slats. Some of the screens on the long windows are messed up as are the spin rods to close the windows. Many other little things. All of this is a reflection of the management company (Vacasa), not the owners or Booking.com. Booking.
