New establishment, secure and location of the property is ideal.

The property looks like is not being taken care of. It did not look like it was prepared / cleaned for our arrival. Dusty floor, garbage bin was smelly and garbage was found on the bottom of the bin, the extraction hood was greasy, there was mould around the bathtub joints. Also, there seems to be a problem with the drainage system because it was smelling bad everyday. Remote control was missing for the roller blinds in the livingroom so we were woken up with the sunrise everyday.

The location is superb but the manager didn’t leave us the access card for the marina, meaning we had to use the side gate to the complex, not ideal with a 5 month old baby!

Extremely small apartment, the shower was broken and maintenance never showed up despite numerous requests. The 24 hour support number was off for our entire stay, meaning when we accidentally locked ourselves out, we had to book another hotel for the night. All 3 contact numbers were off and when staff did answer they did nothing to help. A really poor experience, even more so with 2 young children! Avoid staying here, find another apartment in the same complex.

The location and environment are very good, and the facilities are perfect.

When I checked in, the password of the key box was wrong and the landlord could not be reached.
