We were very excited to stay here and we’re not disappointed. It was exactly how it was described. Very clean and plenty of room for the 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children 10 and under. We enjoyed being able to sit down for dinner and we could all sit together. The front deck was my favorite spot to spend time with family playing cards and just resting!!

Immediate and extended family members and some friends met in OC at our VRBO. Everyone was impressed with the size and layout. We were very comfortable and the house is very inviting. This is our 2nd vacation in the house. Would love to return next summer!

My second week at this property was a relaxing oasis. After a week of family, I decided on another week for me. I had a lovely time with friends and a few family members who couldn't make it the first week. I just can't say enough good things about my stay at this property. It is just beautiful and has everything you could possibly want. I recommend this property to everyone looking for a comfortable stunning place in Ocean City.

What a beautiful rental unit!! It has loads of room for the family to be together in a great setting. Nice porch with a big round table for hanging out and playing games as well as several love seats. Tastefully decorated rooms lend to a wonderful relaxing experience all around. The kitchen and dining room were open and spacious . Just beautiful!!!

Third stay at this house in Fall and have reserved again for next year. Home is very nice and spacious. Kitchen well appointed. Dining area is spacious and table is great for doing puzzles at one end. Large soaker tub in primary suite is wondeful and shower has good water pressure. A couple wishes: would be good to have more than 2 beach chairs available for a house that accommodates up to a dozen people. Also, some of the bedding (spreads and pillow shams) has seen better days, and the queen mattress in back bedroom is old and hard as a rock with a dip in it. A new mattress is needed. Other beds are comfortable and the layout is great. The covered porch is really wonderful with a nice view. So easy to walk to shopping, nearby restaurants and shopping on Asbury St and the beach and boardwalk. Karen is very gracious and responds quickly to any questions.

We love staying here - so close to the boardwalk. We always rent bikes and enjoy riding around the island all week long. Grocery store is only a few blocks away which is convenient. House is roomy, well stocked, and beds are comfortable. We had 8 adults and a baby. Feels like home away from home.

This 1 floor home was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. Great location close to the Boardwalk and Beach. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. We highly recommend to anyone bringing their family to Ocean City. We hope to spend another vacation here in the future. Great place and owner.

Rental was really nice for entire family. Loved size of covered outdoor deck to fit the whole family. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk was a plus-made it easy for family members to come and go as we wanted. Owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions we had-very helpful and nice.

We enjoyed our stay in Karen’s condo. Not too many stairs for a person who is not a stair climber. Lots of room for family time and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy checkout too! We have already booked for next summer. Thank you, Karen.

Our family reunion was so nice staying at this house! Lots of room, great location to the beach and boardwalk, pleasant surroundings and a safe neighborhood. We had a few items that needed attention and the property manager took care of it immediately. Wonderful week!

Great location! Had a lot of fun and had plenty of space inside! The only odd thing that happened was the fires from Canada which made us stay in for a day but other than that great stay!

We had a great vacation at this property! The layout of the bedrooms makes it feel private. You have the whole 2nd floor of the house, the stairs are to get up to the unit. Front porch is great for meals. Off street parking and walk to the boardwalk can’t be beat. There was an issue with the AC when we got to the property, but Karen was very responsive and had someone come out to fix it within a timely manner. Overall, great place for a family vacation!

Our stay here was delightful! The location is fantastic, very short walk to boardwalk and beach. The home was large and comfortable. The host was responsive. Everything was clean and in good working order. The covered front porch was perfect for our morning coffee. Will definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked(we like to cook)
Beds were comfortable, showers were great. Nice view of the ferris wheel(my grandson loves the ferris wheel) would definitely go back. This was our second year there.
PS - i believe i may have left a small box of Thanksgiving decorations there.

This is a delightful getaway that we enjoy in the fall season when things are less busy. The house is perfectly equipped for accommodating all ages and is in walking distance of lots of shopping, restaurants, and short walk to beach. Rain or shine, it's a lovely place to be. The house is in a lovely residential area that doesn't flood (that became important during our recent stay) and is immaculate. The porch is really lovely for relaxing and dining.

We were a 3 family group with 6 adults and 7 kids from 10 months to 9 years. The house was perfect for our beach vacation. We had a lot of questions for the owner and she was always super responsive and ready to help. The beach chairs and boogie boards available for our use were a bonus. We would totally stay here again!

Delightful Family Vacation
We found this property on VRBO for our vacation and family reunion with my children, their partners, and my three grandchildren. This was the best home I ever stayed in for a vacation. Beautiful property and accommodations with great parking a block from the beach. Loved the kitchen to ok our meals, front balcony to sit out, and great bedrooms and bathrooms. The master BR is gorgeous. I felt wonderful here and I’m a homebody. The owner is wonderful!

We loved having 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family!
The 12 beach tags, plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards provided were appreciated, as well as puzzles in the closet.
Our children and grandchildren were very appreciative of this beautiful house.

Home away from home
This is our 3rd stay and we love it! House was roomy enough for our group of 12 and we were very comfortable. Love having a place to relax after a day at the beach with all modern amenities. Karen is laid back and accommodating - especially generous as well. We will be back again next year!

Beautiful home and perfect location for walking to everything
A well appointed and comfortable home. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to navigate layout. Plenty of room and privacy with the way the bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out. Loved the big soaking tub in the primary suite. Covered lanai is spacious and perfect for relaxing or outdoor dining. Internet was a little weak toward the back of house but ok in front room. It was sufficient for me to plug in to work a bit. We didn't use the beach stuff but it was nice to have available in case we wanted. The off street parking for 3 cars was great though we used only 2 spaces because street parking right in front was readily available during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is big with generous size bedrooms. The walk to the beach and boardwalk is right down the street and was no problem for our 2yo.
Communciation with the landlord was quick and easy.

Great Visit!
The house was well kept and clean . The use of the Boogie board and toys were also a nice touch. The parking for 3 vehicles was great, even though we were able to find some spots right in front of the house! Good location -convenient to beach and boardwalk. We had a great week!

Everything was perfect. The owner went out of her way to make our stay pleasant.
I can’t say enough about this stay. There house was very well stocked, in addition to the listed items there was a closet with games and a booster seat which came in handy. The kids loved the boogie boards. We all loved to sit on the porch and watch the lights on the boardwalk rides. I would definitely stay here again.
