Trip was one of the best. Property was clean and very well maintained. Back patio and pool area were the best! 1-2 minute walk to a non crowded clean beach. Deck overlooking the bay with table and chairs. Booking was simple and everyone was very helpful, above and beyond.

This property was perfect! Very clean and everything you could need was available. Beach access was so easy and the pool was an oasis. I would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back again! The people in the neighborhood were friendly and there was so much to do on this island. Great vacation!

Very nice updated home.
We had a great week stay here in April. House was very nice and updated. Pool was perfect for our family. Deep enough on one half for our 7 year old and the shallow side was very nice for our 2 year old that celebrated his birthday here. Location was great. Maybe a block and a half to the beach. Also had numerous sand and pool toys.

The property was amazing and very comfortable. It is clean and the beds are great. We walked to the beach easily. Publix is a short drive away. My kids walked there as well. We would definitely stay there again. Jerry was available if we needed him. Thank you for a great week.

The house was a perfect fit our family. The main living area has a nice open layout with everything, including the bedrooms and baths being spacious and well maintained. Location was great with a short walk to the beach and Publix. The private pool was a great bonus with the grandkids !

Lazy Way Delight
We spent a wonderful 2 weeks over Christmas in this beautiful home, very close walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Owner easy to contact as is property manager who is very kind. Home is as advertised, nicely decorated and stocked. Plenty of beach and pool accessories. Pool is warm and so entertaining. Large grill with plenty of backup propane. They allowed us early check-in and 2 dogs. Really, a delightful holiday. Will rent again!

This house has everything you need and was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 little ones and located on the quieter end of FMB. Access point 15 is just a brief 3 minute walk, the beach here is beautiful. Jerry, who helps oversee the house, was very pleasant and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

GREAT family getaway!
The house was beautiful, clean and very well equipped! Looked just like the pictures! We had so much fun being able to take a short walk to the beach then enjoy the pool later in the day and evening. The grocery store was close, too. The only downfall was not being able to walk to Times Square & the latest trolley left from downtown at 7:30. But that was not a deal breaker by any means! Wonderful place and we worked with Peggy, who was extremely nice and accommodating! Definitely recommend!

Son’s birthday at the beach.
We booked this property to celebrate our son’s birthday at the beach. This house is beautifully decorated, it has all of the amenities and comfort you need for a relaxing time at the beach. The kids and I enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. The beach is just a short stroll away. We were very pleased with the house, the location and the prompt response of the property managers. Fort Myers is a wonderful place to vacation and the location of the house (mid-island) is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet beach. Kids rode their bikes to town which is only 3 miles from the house.

Excellent location and great place for families!
We had a great time staying for a week with our 3 kids(5, 7 & 8). Property was clean and well stocked with towels, tons of kitchen items, and all the beach gear one could need. Access to the pool area on the ground level a floor below the living area is through a locked door which was comforting with kids. Pool area was nice and we often hung at the pool for one part of day and the beach for the other. It's Florida so there are bugs...don't forget your spray. Us adults got bit up pretty bad. Also be sure to download the trolley app as it has the most accurate times. The trolley was a good way to get into town. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this property. Highly recommend!

Top Notch Vacation Home
Our family completely enjoyed our stay here. The house was just as shown on-line. We especially liked the backyard privacy and 3 minute walk to the beach. We were glad to be a little bit away from the center of Fort Myers beach hustle and bustle yet could easily walk or a short drive to all the fun spots! Having the master bedroom separated from the other two was also very nice. We would definitely recommend this home.

Awesome location, Great pool and so Clean
We really enjoyed this property. The pool was amazing, we used it every day. The house was so clean and had everything we needed to keep it clean. I have rented a number of places on VRBO and this by far was one of the best stocked, cleanest, most comfortable beds and furniture. I was very impressed with all the little amenities that the host provided: tons of beach and pool items, plenty of trash bags, kitchen needs like dish detergent, laundry detergent, foil, ziplock, spices and even coffee and filters. We also wanted a Kuerig coffee maker and he provided one. The beach was such a short walk, and it is a great section of beach, wide enough to enjoy but not so wide that you have to pull your stuff for a long way once you get on the sand. I would highly recommend this place. The host is responsive and you can tell really cares about the quality and enjoyment of your stay. I do warn older guests that you have to go up steps to get into the house, there is only a storage shed downstairs so if you can't do steps this would not be the house for you.

The house worked out perfect for our family. The location was convenient while being part of a quiet neighborhood. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and wagon. The house and yard met all our expectations. Clean, updated and modern
We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was the prefect temperature. TV’s in all bedrooms and main room. Fully screened in front porch which made it perfect for breakfast. The location could not be beat- so close to the beach. Fluffy towels, soap, shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. Extra large washer and dryer including detergent and dryer sheets. Paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher detergent included. It was easy and seamless. We would love to stay here again.

This was our first experience with VRBO and we were not sure what to expect.
Not only was the place clean and decorated absolutely adorable, but they provided so much more! The beach was was about a 5 minute walk (which was a non-issue) but they had beach chairs, beach towels as well as a wagon to carry everything in! (Be sure to go to the beach at sundown and listen to them blow the conch!) As for getting around FMB, we did not have a car and used the convenient public transportation which you would catch just across from the beach. There is a grocery store nearby to stock the refrigerator and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Overall, great experience and we will definitely go back! Already thinking of a winter getaway!

Don’t stay here
The owner is nasty. He had his landscaper come before 8 AM and start digging a n enormous hole for a tree. It was so loud and non stop. We asked the manager of the property to have him stop. He spoke to the owner who said no. It went on ALL DAY. So we had to leave the house. He just didn’t care. Then he shows up while we r in our bathing suits by the pool, unannounced, unlocks the gate and throws a gift certificate to a restaurant we had never heard of and had expressed no interest in. We asked to be compensated properly. He didn’t agree to that. We left the gift certificate there. He could care less about his guests. We should have known something was up upon arrival. We were asked to contact the manager when we arrived so we texted him. He shows up unannounced about 20 minutes later berating is for not calling him. He doesn’t text. Our suitcases were still by the front door. Then he gave us one roll of paper towels and a few rolls of toilet paper. He showed how to use the remote. Inconsiderate, thoughtless and utterly selfish owner. He doesn’t deserve your money. And on top of all that, there is constant construction on the road about a block away. So enjoy listening to that too.

The only issue I have is obtaining a receipt for my stay from VRBO for my expense report. They only provide a confirmation and tell you to review your bank statement. An actual receipt would be great for those of us traveling for work.
