Мне очень понравился вид из номера, с балкончика. Персонал вежливый и быстро решает возникшие вопросы.
На территории отеля очень вкусный японский ресторан. У отеля имеется собственный закрытый пляж.
При заселении нам дали номер с ужасным видом на крышу ресторана, при том, что мы оплатили номер с видом на море. Мы не согласились в него заселяться и нам дали отличный номер с прекрасным видом.
Очень не понравилось, что в зоне бассейна и на пляже выдают только одно полотенце на человека! Это очень неудобно, так как полотенце кладется на лежак, оно после купания в море или бассейне становится мокрым и грязным от песка. В итоге, уходя с пляжной зоны вытереть тело нечем!

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick und hoteleigenem Strand.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend, leider gab es manchmal keinen Platz auf der Außenterrasse. Da sollten mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten sein.
Das japanische Restaurent im Hotel ist hervorragend.
Mehr Plätze auf der Frühstücksterrasse oder zumindest eine Warteschlange. Ich warte lieber auf einen Außenplatz als im klimatisierten Innenraum zu sitzen.

בריכה גדולה עם בר אך שקטה ומתאימה גם למשפחות. חוף ים פרטי של המלון עם שובר גלים. הרבה מיטות כך שאין בעיית מקום.
אזור קטן עם מגלשות לקטנטנים.
ארוחות בוקר וערב מעולות ומגוונות והאוכל טעים מאוד.
חדרים גדולים, מרווחים ונקיים. מסדרים את החדרים פעמיים ביום ומחליפים מגבות.
צוות אדיב במיוחד- מהמנקות ועד לפקידי הקבלה והמלצרים.
אהבנו הכל ונשמח לחזור שוב.

המליצו גם על מסעדות מעולות באיזור- Fat Fish & La caleta
הקפה החם לא כל כך טעים..
כן יש נספרסו בחדר וקפה קר מוצלח, אבל קפוצ׳ינו פחות מוצלח.
חסר נורטלה עם הפנקייקים :) ( יש שוקולד אחר)

Lovely hotel right by the sea with its own private beach, just a few steps away from the pool.
The breakfast was of good quality, neatly presented with a wide variety of dishes. I recommend this hotel. It’s not cheap but it’s quality.
There aren’t many attractions or play areas for kids, just a small pool with a couple of slides.
There aren’t any attractions or parks for kids nearby; you’d need to take a bus or taxi.
Better to come without kids.

Very friendly staff especially on reception. Some nice touches with bed turn down service and good access to watersport activities with the beachfront (note this is quite a small area with limited beds - plenty of spaces around the pool and gardens).
Considering the cost versus other 5* establishments in the area, then I think you have to take the view that the hotel represents good value for money and delivers at an expectation based on this. If I had paid more, then my expectation would have been higher.

The pool is amazing, an adjacent private beach, a staff with courteous service.
Minimal room design and not compatible with a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was average, I expected more for a 5 star hotel. Also, there is no good soundproofing in the room and you hear everything that moves in the hallway.

We came back this year as we had such a lovely time in October 2022. Love the breakfast and Rafael remembers us from October which made it more special.
