quiet clean confortable rooms and shower with power wifi excellent and plenty parking space

restaurant was close so if you don’t have a car it can be very challenging

THE LOCATION AND ROOM WERE VERY GOOD. THE SWIMMING POOL IS A MUST. THE BREAKFAST IS WONDERFUL AND FULL OF VARIETIES THE HOTEL IS WELL ORGANIZED AND WITH TIPICAL ROOMS

I HAVE TO SAY THAT, EXCEPT FOR THE COURTESY AND THE SPEED OF THE HOTEL'S EMPLOYEES, IN THE SWIMMING POOL WE WAITED A LOT FOR A DRINK OR FOR FOOD. THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN EVEN FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T STAY IN THE HOTEL, SO DURING THE WEEKEND IT IS CROWDED

We were looking for a quiet place to relax during the summer with our 2 year old. The place is ideal for families, with small 2-bedroom apartments, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a playground area for toddlers/young children. It was exactly what we were looking for. Also very well located to visit small medieval villages nearby as well as bigger towns (we did day trips to Saint Marin, Rimini, etc.). It was also great to be close to several vineyards and olive oil producers, we could visit a couple of places, and came back with excellent, local products. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, very helpful too, and gave us some great recommendations for visits and restaurant around.

Excellent location and great staff. The room was fantastic and everything was working well. Beautiful pool and bar with nice lunch and service.

I had to make a last minute booking as my other hotel cancelled me at the last minute. The hotel was very welcoming clean and comfortable and welcomed me and my two dogs. There is a nice garden to exercise the dogs and a reasonable restaurant.

If you put the address into your phone it takes you somewhere else! You have to put the name in. They should change the address in the system! Service in the restaurant was adequate. They seemed keener to serve some well dressed businessmen as opposed to me! Food also was adequate. The pasta did not have the ingredients on the menu and the lamb chops were tough and sinewy…gave most of them to the dogs! A pity as otherwise the hotel is good. I left before breakfast as only started at 0730.

Breakfast was good, with lots of different options. The swimming pool was also nice, but crowded with lots of local people from the neighbourhood (no agriturismo guests). The surroundings were quite nice and there are some good restaurants in the neighbourhood (but you have to use your car to get there).

We didn’t feel welcome as guests at all. The whole agriturismo is focussed on enjoying local people from the neighbourhood. During the day the swimming pool was full of local people and during the night the restaurant was fully booked with local people. We even couldn’t get a table to have dinner as agriturismo guests (and they also didn’t tell us that we should reserve a table otherwise we couldn’t eat there for dinner). In our opinion this is very strange and not guest friendly. There was a pool party one night with a lot of noice and music until after midnight. Also the other nights music in the restaurant was on until late in the night, so we had to sleep with earplugs every night. This is not something you should expect from an agriturismo. Moreover the room was very basic and quite small, especially the bathroom. The airconditioning in our room didn’t function well. It turned of during the night and we woke up because it was too hot in the room. Besides, there were many mosquitoes in the room, which also was not helpful for sleeping. And every time when we came back from sightseeing, it was very hard to find a parking spot because the whole parking was fully packed with local cars. To sum everything up, we would have expected something more from this agriturismo for the price we have paid (more than 125 euros per night). If you would like to spend some days in a quiet agriturismo, don’t choose this one.
