The location is really good, there’s a strip just up the road and a beach less than a 5 minute walk away. The staff are all lovely, very polite and very helpful. We stayed in an apartment and it was really nice for the money.

The hotels cleanliness was satisfactory, however everyone we met out there including us had a negative opinion on the bathroom as all our bathrooms stank of sewage. Furthermore, all inclusive doesn’t actually get you a lot at the hotel…

The staff was disgusting, inattentive. Except for one girl who knew Russian. I'll start with the staff and the preparation of the room. We arrived quite late and we were tired. We checked in quickly. When we went up to the room, it turned out the room was not prepared. There were three of us. Sets of bed linens and towels were for two. The kids and I went downstairs to tell them this and ask them to bring us a third set. They ended up calling my kids into the back room and handing them a third set of linens. Don't my kids work there that they have to carry linens to the rooms? Isn't that part of the staff's job description? There were no lights in front of our door. It was dark, couldn't see where to put the key in. I reported it to the reception. But after four days of stay the light was not fixed. The water is sea water everywhere, not fresh. They could have left a bottle of fresh water in the rooms. Good thing we figured out in time, and were able to buy 0.5 liters of water in their restaurant for 1.5 euros. I think when checking in they should warn you in advance that there is no fresh water in the hotel. Could have left the purchased water at check in. About the room itself. The stove and plates were dirty 0 had to be rewashed. The floor was dirty. The floor was dirty and we had to wash it again. The most interesting thing is that in the kitchen, if there is an electric kettle and toaster, there is only one outlet, which is located immediately next to the sink. This is a gross violation of fire safety rules. The outlet is close to the sink. The next day the bedding and towels were changed as it should be. On the second day the cleaning lady came and hinted that she could clean the room for money. Towels have not been replaced. On the third day came to clean the room for free, towels have not been replaced, in the shower a dirty towel for the feet as it was crumpled by us and remained. They did not make my bed.

Spacious, good location, comfortable beds and pillows, great staff, good showers, good food choices, beautiful well-kept gardens and pool area
