The room was neat and tidy with basic room facilities. The breakfast was great. The lobby and ground floor retain some classic charm. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The interiors were a little outdated and could do with some refurbishment.

Waffle machine is something that always brings a smile eating breakfast here. Location is amazing, everything is around the corner, including water, park, bars and fairy terminal itself. There are other great perks as rooftop bar, ironing room, professional and kind staff, beautiful building itself, etc.

It just does not feel as a right value for money. We did indeed come during the very heat of the season, when Visby is overall crowded and overbooked, however, the building and facilities are really really outdated. It feels like rooms and furniture were styled in early '90 and not a thing was changed or updated since then, including room facilities, blankets, carpet stained from age and etc. It gave a vibe of a time travel but not in a good way. The rooms were indeed clean - just felt like way beyond their expiry time.

was there for two nights. first night was very uncomfortable and bad as I was given a very bad room considering the rate it was charged for. was shifted to a better room the second day after I protested . overall it was an okay experience .

Good location in the old town of Visby. The famous roof bar on the top floor of the hotel. Nice restaurants and wine bars are within close distance.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff super friendly and the spa was very cute. We rented bikes from the reception and the receptionist was very helpful in giving advice in what to do and where to go.

None of the shampoo, conditioner and such was in the room, you had to ask for them at the reception! There wasn’t an iron in the room, but an ironing room that we weren’t able to find although we received directions. We didn’t have a phone in the room, but often when calling the reception from our cell phones there would be no answer.

The reception staff were very helpful and the room a good size.

The rooms would benefit from some air-conditioning.

I had dinner in the restaurant twice and the vegetarian dishes were average
