- w moim pokoju nie było klimatyzacji tylko zimny nawiew, dla osób wrażliwych na temperatury jest to minus, dla mnie było ok - recepcja zamyka się wieczorem - papier toaletowy z automatu wydawany "na listki" zamiast normalnego - pobyt w sezonie wyszedł mnie ponad 650 zł za dzień, jest to nie adekwatna kwota do takiego miejsca i standardu

Le seul TER du matin en destination de Lyon, sans changement, part à 7h52. Se basant sur Booking.com, qui spécifie que le petit-déjeuner est servi depuis 7h, nous avons réservé et payé une chambre avec petit-déjeuner, non remboursable. MAIS L’hôtel nous informe que le petit-déjeuner n’est servi qu’à partir de 7h30 et refuse de nous rembourser le petit-déjeuner. En outre, le patron nous interdit de nous conventionner un sandwich, pour le manger dans le train, invoquant des mesures d’hygiène Manière inélégante d’encaisser des petit-déjeuners non consommés

No tea coffee facilities in the room

Pas eu l’occasion de tester quoi que ce soit, le parking n’étant pas disponible, mes problèmes locomoteurs m’ont empêchée d’y aller. L’établissement s’est retranché derrière le règlement sans même proposer un geste commercial.

Leur manque de sens commercial

Kleines und helles Zimmer mit herrlichen Ausblick auf die Stadtmauer und seitlich auf die Rhone. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal . Sehr gute und ruhige Lage, quasi direkt in der Altstadt. Gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl.

Beim Frühstück das Rührei. Leider nur eine Pampe aus Eipulver. Die Dusche - hier könnten wir machen was wir wollten, der Strahl ging nur auf den Duschvorhang.

We verbleven 1 nachtje in Brit hotel Acacias en waren aangenaam verrast! Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand (een fijne wandeling van 10 minuten langs de Rhône) van het station. De kamers zijn klein, maar heel comfortabel. Wat fijn dat er rolluiken waren, we sliepen als een roos. De badkamer was heel netjes en piekfijn in orde! Er zijn heel wat mooie plaatsjes om te eten dicht bij het hotel.

The room was quite nice, with a nice view to a park, a comfortable bed, and greatvshower. The staff, especially Louise were friendly and helpful, including the storage of my luggage for deversl hours after I checked out and before my ride oneard came. Elevator to 3d floor room was appreciated. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and a good value.

Wish there was a fan or window in the bathroom. also toilet was not filling with water until we turned the valve so it could flush. We never saw that before. Not a big issue, probably just needed adjustment.

Brit Hotel Acacias is a nice small friendly hotel located right in the city center of Arles only few meters from the Arena. Great location and really nice staff!

The property was great maybe at night It feels a bit uncomfortable to walk around, because there was some interesting people ...

Parking

Great location just inside one of the walled city’s gates, very near the arena and many restaurants. Very friendly girl at the reception. Convenient location for stopping for one or a few days (we slept just two nights).

The location is excellent. Brit Hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the train station and is next door to LaVolver, one of the better eateries in Arles. The lift is good sized and works.

Hotel claimed it had air-conditioning. Wrong. The dial could be turned to its lowest setting, but emitted zero cold air. The "air conditioner" was the vent system fan pulling in hotel hallway air. At the end of October, Arles was hot enough to require air-conditioning to sleep. No air-conditioning = no sleep. The room was so small, there was no room for my medium size suitcase. It had to be kept closed or if opened it had to be on the bed. The bed was a hard, horrible slab and the pillows were harder rectangles of foam. The polyester in the sheets held the heat. Due to the Hotel location on a traffic circle and even though the outside air was cooler than the room, the window couldn't be left open. The traffic noise never stopped and with no window screens the mosquitoes added to the misery. Not the hotel fault, but the City had the sewer line open and sewer stink could not be ignored. I didn't take a shower in the tiny cubicle, so can't say anything about water temperature or flow, but the sink had to run for several minutes before tepid water appeared. The toilet had problems and would continue running until the tank buttons were toggled. The toilet paper provided were odd little squares somewhat like paper thin, cheap travel tissues. They weren't absorbent, so I had to use my really nice travel tissues. Shortly after 8 a.m., I walked into the lobby of a hotel 5 minutes walk away and checked in. Good sheets, fabulous air-conditioning, quiet location, decent toilet paper, room to keep my suitcase open, and a good shower. The cost? 20 Euro more than the awful Brit Acacia. Spend a bit more and select a better hotel. Your back will thank you.

Free parking is advertised, and yes technically it's true. But you have to park at the train station which is a 5 minute walk. Not a problem, it just should be clearer that there isn't free parking at the hotel. Also, the room should have a teapot for hot water and some glasses to drink from, that is basic.
